I went to the dealership, hoping to get an SUV that was

I went to the dealership, hoping to get an SUV that was the only can feel hot when it was an SUV. I told the guy over and over again that’s all I want he kept saying just waiting on a bank so bottom line after wishing my day for over 4 1/2 hours he says we have your vehicle goes to get it and it’s like a 2010 Hyundai ELANTRA exactly the opposite of what I want and he kept trying to push me into it so no I want a SUV I would never go there

Lithia Chevrolet of Helena claims to be able to get

Lithia Chevrolet of Helena claims to be able to get anyone financed. WRONG! I have no credit, and on SSDI but they couldn't get me financed on a truck that was $9500 and trading in my 06 charger R/T. Even though they knew I needed the truck, not want, NEED! because I'm facing being homeless and having to live in RV and needed a truck to tow it. I understand that my problem is mine, not theirs. But after multiple conversations And being told everytime "not a problem,we can get you financed" I went in. I spent 3 hours waiting, hoping, just to be told no. Now I understand my being poor, ($1200 a month) and disabled and no credit is not their fault. But it isn't mine either. I was just hoping for a little help from local Montanan people to help a Montanan in trouble. But, no luck. I'm just not happy about being lied to to get me in the door just to be embarrassed and humiliated. But, I gave them 2 stars because at least I now know that if they couldn't help me, nobody can. At least now I know.

Dealing with the dealer was great only downfall was when

Dealing with the dealer was great only downfall was when I found the truck I wanted it said financing available yet when we went to finance the truck the banks supposably said it was to old so I was unable to buy it. They shouldn't post financing available on older vehicles.

Wouldn’t let me give 0 stars or I would.

Wouldn’t let me give 0 stars or I would. Terrible communication or lack thereof. Almost $2000 later truck still overheats and smells like antifreeze, took it back in and they say everything is fine so I’m not sure where the $2000 went???

Because of their computer glitch my credit rating took a

Because of their computer glitch my credit rating took a dump, I bought a new car the beginning of July they were to pay off my old loan but a month later I was notified from the bank from my original loan that I was pass due ,which caused me a late fee and a ding on my credit report, which I was informed that I should have made a payment on the old truck to keep my credit in good standing ,which was told to me after the fact .Now I have to contests my credit report to get my score back up, I was also told that my treverce had different options on it which it had not
