Avoid this dealership. Bought a cpo from them did not go through checklist and car was out of line. They didnt pay for alignment or ruined tires.
At Harry Green we stand behind every vehicle we sell. We are selective about the vehicles that hit our lot and all vehicles must meet or surpass our h...igh standards. Our Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles often follow an even stricter standard which is mandated by the OEMs which warranty the vehicles. The vehicle mentioned in this review was inspected after the complaint and tire wear was not determined to be alignment related but all evidence pointed to premature wear due to the user's abuse of the tires on his new sports car. We offered to replace the tires at cost and the owner refused.
Truly had a 5 star car buying experience at Harry Green! Harry Green had a great and knowledgeable staff that helped make this an easy purchase and find... the right car for me. I would highly recommend them and look forward to purchasing my next vehicle there.

Great customer service, had the car out front that we wanted to see, we called ahead to see it and they moved it there for us
They do not tell you what's wrong with a car and do not follow their so said 47 point inspection on used cars. They lie and are untrustworthy.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the respectful and courteous way that I was treated from the moment that I walked in the door. There was no fuss, no... antagonistic sales reps, just honest courtesy and friendly folks who wanted to help me buy a vehicle. And they did! I didn't buy the vehicle that I originally went to look at, but the one I got I LOVE.....and they were helpful for the entire process. It was a LOT LESS stressful than the last time I purchased a vehicle.....I can tell you that!!!!! Go see them. You will not be disappointed. They truly want your business and will do the best they can to make you a good deal.

I recently had my car damaged with hail and took it back to Harry Greens for repairs. I had purchased the car from them 3 months earlier. I got great service... from the sales staff at Harry Green's but have received terrible service from the body shop. I was lied to from the beginning. I was told they could get my car right in to the shop, but when I arrive with the car they tell me it would be about a week or so before they would start and that it would be 21 working days for repairs. My car was in the shop for twenty one days when I get a call from our insurance adjuster telling me that he sent the check that Harry Green's had requested for the damage to the windshield. I had no idea what he was talking about, because this was the first I had heard anything about it. He said he had been trying to call the shop to tell them the additional check was in the mail, but no one was answering the phone. This was enough additional damage that the car should have been totaled, but because I wasn't notified and my repairs were almost complete there was nothing I could do. I was then told my car would be ready on Tuesday, but Tuesday came and went and no one called. I called and left a message on Weds for someone to call me back but no one ever did. My husband went up on his lunch break only to be told that they were buffing the car and it wasn't ready and was given no answer as to when the car would be ready. I decided to call and speak with Nick Green regarding the lack of communication concerning my car and the fact that I still have no clue as to what is going on with my car. He assured me he would call the body shop and take care of it. We received a call from Matt the body shop manager that the car would be ready on Thursday. We waited until around 1:00 and still hadn't heard anything so my husband calls again to try and find out if the car was ready and we were told no it was being cleaned and was still given no answer as to when the car would be ready. We still hadn't heard anything by 4:00 pm so I drove to the shop to find Matt and another employee with a rag looking at my car. The car was covered in dust like it had been sitting for days. The whole reason we hadn't got it back yet because it was supposed to be being cleaned, but it was filthy dirty. Again another lie we were told. He then informed me that it would have to go back to the shop because they missed a dent. We have already been waiting for almost a month for the car now. If it went back to shop we would have to wait until the following week to get car back and then it would require a bunch more phone calls with no answers. My husband drove over the next morning to look at the car and we decided we were done dealing with them, so we just decided to take the car with the dent. We had already had to leave work several times to deal with them and we would just cut our losses and take the car. We said we wanted a discount or at least not pay the $100.00 deductible since they were paid for work that was not done. We were told by Matt that this was insurance fraud and we had to pay all the money. I then contacted Nick Green again about the continued problems. He said he would take care of it. We went to pick up car and Matt threw our keys across desk and told us to pay money and threw some coupons for a free oil change across the desk at me. I guess that was how Nick took care of it (a free oil change for terrible service and mediocre work). While driving home it started to rain and when my daughter turned on the windshield wipers there was a giant piece missing out of the wiper. They replaced the windshield and received almost $10,000 dollars for repairs yet they couldn't even replace a wiper. Also they were paid to remove glass from the car and clean it out but it is still covered in glass. I wouldn't recommend any work being done at the body shop. That is unless you want terrible service and maybe a free oil change for all of your troubles.
