Lack of communication and understaffed.

The only person who was helpful was David Vaughn who was the lead for repairing my car and the rest of his team. The rest of them I?d not recommend or Chevy in fact. What should have been a week repair took over a month total between lack of communication and staffing issues. Why schedule me for a diagnostic on a Wednesday when you don?t have the staff to look at it till the Friday after? Then proceed to message me for 2 weeks to just sell my car to you because ?we are giving more than cars are worth right now? then when I come in tell me my car is ?junk?. You had my car for three weeks at that point; why waste my time? Once GM care took another 2 weeks to get back with me, David had my car done in about a week. Kudos for his honesty and overall helpfulness.

Bad people

Avoid this dealership. Bought a cpo from them did not go through checklist and car was out of line. They didnt pay for alignment or ruined tires.

At Harry Green we stand behind every vehicle we sell. We are selective about the vehicles that hit our lot and all vehicles must meet or surpass our high standards. Our Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles often follow an even stricter standard which is mandated by the OEMs which warranty the vehicles. The vehicle mentioned in this review was inspected after the complaint and tire wear was not determined to be alignment related but all evidence pointed to premature wear due to the user's abuse of the tires on his new sports car. We offered to replace the tires at cost and the owner refused.

Great Car Buying Experience!

Truly had a 5 star car buying experience at Harry Green! Harry Green had a great and knowledgeable staff that helped make this an easy purchase and find the right car for me. I would highly recommend them and look forward to purchasing my next vehicle there.

AVOID AT ALL MEASURES

They do not tell you what's wrong with a car and do not follow their so said 47 point inspection on used cars. They lie and are untrustworthy.

Terrible service

Terrible customer service and reps were rude. I dont appreciate being lied too or being treated differently than everyone else. I dont recommend to anyone.

Great customer service, had the car out front that we wanted to see, we called ahead to see it and they moved it there for us
