TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP

I would NEVER recommend anyone to ever to this dealership, WOMEN ESPECIALLY!! This has been the absolute WORST experience I have ever had with a car!! I thought that as a young woman buying a car, they were being fair and helpful. This was not the case! They sold me a car that THEY LATER ADMITTED never should have left their car lot because the brake pads were non-existent from ware and the rotors were rusted out. One of the tires was missing a lug nut. They did not services this car at all before posting it for sale. The car WOULD NOT have LEGALLY passed inspection and they sold it to me regardless. They 100% knew they could take advantage of me, selling me an awful car. I know car basics, but not a ton. The issues I am still having are things I didn't know to check for. I have had the car for barely a month and I have now had to replace all four brake pads and rotors, 4 new tires, a new air filter, a new cabin air filter, an accelerator pedal position sensor, and a new battery. I have contacted them multiple times along with my dad's help (thinking a man might get farther) but now they now just filter our phone calls. I had given them the benefit of the doubt that they would make it right, but they simply REFUSE. TERRIBLE PLACE TO BUY A CAR.

Great truck buying experience!

Juan Rojo worked very hard to find the perfect truck for me when my previous truck was destroyed due to a fire. He is honest, not pushy and personable! He even got it delivered to me!! Thank you Juan for providing an awesome Customer experience ♥️

Salesman Chris lied on payment and also what condition the truck was in. Tires were told to be over 50%. Took to tire shop they say 10% left. One day after buying it granted it is a 2019 truck the transmission started shuttering again took to dealership and Chad the used car manager stated "YOU SHOULD OF LOOKED IT OVER MORE AND SAID SOMETHING BEFORE YOU BOUGHT TRUCK AND YOU HAD A CHOICE TO BUY IT OR NOT" Basically we paid $58k for truck that was used in a heavy construction hauling company which trashed the truck even dropping a 5th wheel camper on bed of truck wrecking the back of it. Again dealership said nothing to us about it until I asked them about it. I would not recommend this dealership in anyway THRY DO NOT RUN ANYTHING THRU THERE SHOP AND THEY SELL TRASH TRUCKS THEY SAY ARE IN GOOD SHAPE. THE LIE TO GET YOU IN DOOR

They want the sell, nothing else matters!

Went to test drive a couple of small SUV's on a Saturday. After deciding I didn't like either one, salesman pulled up another Victory dealership in another town to see if there may be something else and would be able to bring to their lot. I did find something within my budget. The salesman then went and talked with his sales manager. He then told me it had already been sold. The sales manager then came out and wanted me to look at something outside my budget and that I could extend the financial terms to make it within what I could afford monthly. He was pushy and not very friendly. I left there not wanting to deal with any car dealership after that experience. Monday, my son-in-law had called the other dealership to see if the SUV that I liked was still available, and YES it was. He then made an appt for me to go test drive it. In the mean time, my previous salesman texted me and apologized for the confusion about the car already being sold and asked if he could meet me there to complete the sell if I decided I wanted it. I did purchase the vehicle. Got the car on Monday and on Wednesday as I was driving the "check engine" light came on and I received a text from Onstar saying the emission system needed serviced within 7 days. I texted the salesman shortly after getting the text. No response until the following day and said he would bring a loaner car on Monday and have the car repaired. Monday came, he texted me and said they did not have a loaner car available, but would bring one the next day and swap it out. Didn't hear anything until Thursday, and then texted me if he could come get the car. By this time, I was upset and regretting ever dealing with these people. He advised me to bring the car to the Quick Lube next door to the dealership and they would look at it. That Saturday I dropped it off at the Quick Lube and after a couple of hours received a call and was told it could be one of 1000 things wrong with it. The mechanic said he reset the check engine light so it would not be on. Well no surprise, three days later, the light is back on and another text from Onstar, with the same emission system message. Haven't heard a word from the dealership to follow up on the problem or if I am even satisfied with the car. It seems they made their sell and washed their hands of it, not caring if the customer was happy or not. Shame on me for jumping the gun and buying a car from them, but I needed a vehicle to get back and forth to work and to my cancer treatments and appointments. The only satisfaction I have, is knowing one day they will have to explain to the man upstairs why they took advantage of their customers.

First Class all the way. If you need your car repaired...

First Class all the way. If you need your car repaired or serviced this is the dealership to bring it to. Justin is the service adviser who went above and beyond to help me.This dealership or any other dealership would be fortunate to have him on their team. I was passing through on my way from South Dakota to Florida with my family. Have a Silverado 3500 Duramax diesel pulling a 5th wheel RV. Truck went into limp mode southbound highway 29. I called and talked to Justin. He told me to try to get it in or he could send a tow truck for me. Being it was already mid afternoon, on a Friday I thought for sure the truck would sit there till Monday before anybody would even look at it. I was amazed when they got the truck in the shop as soon as I had it disconnected from my RV. He then set me up with a loaner to get my wife home for an emergency. It didn't take long to find the problem but they said they would need the mechanic to fix it the following morning which was Saturday. Justin, actually came in at 6am along with the mechanic and they had my truck ready to go by 0830. Justin is a family man and when he saw I had kids and animals all traveling, he went above and beyond anything I've never seen from another dealer. And he is always calm, smiling and very knowledgeable and professional. Because of his help and professionalism, I am looking at one of the trucks on their lot to trade mine in for. I will order a new truck and drive back from Florida because I feel that strong about this dealership. Victory Chevy has the most polite and professional team across the board that I have ever seen.
