Office pleasant, informative, easy to work with. Honest and up-front with procedure and they requirements. Diagnostic found known problems plus a couple not so obvious. Fixed all but found I needed plug wires that weren't on the estimate. Replaced the wires free of charge. Truck (a Ford) runs good as new. Fast turnaround, fair price, quality work. Highly recommend their service dept.

On FEB. 7th 2025 I was traveling from Cotullia TX to Sweeney TX . My 2020 Chevy engine had fail. I made to the Chevy dealer. When i arrived to the dealer they tested my truck with the computer. It had 47 codes. They determined that the moter had failed. I call the company that had my Warranty on the truck. They ask for 4 videos and Vetrans chey sent it to them. The company did nothing to resolve the issue or pay for a new motor. I had to purchase a new truck . The guys in the service was very helpful and worked had to resolve the problem. I had to purchase a new Truck so i could go home. I would like to say thank you to all the employees that helped me get back on the road. I know this is where God sent me. Thank you for every thing you did wish you was my dealer back home. God bless you and again thank you

Worst service department I have ever been involved with. They refuse to schedule me for a warranty issue. 5 months and still just excuses. I am working directly with my General Motors contacts on this poor service center. They give Chevrolet a bad name. Would not recommend them to anyone.

We came from out of town & were thankfully helped by this dealerships service team with absolute best care. Their certified techs & service Manager were very welcoming, knowledgeable & conducive. Compared to our local GM dealership that I will never again take my vehicle to be serviced by , All ways Chevrolet was phenomenal!!!

VERY VERY TERRIBLE SERVICE AT THIS DEALERSHIP , I brought my truck in to have a u joint and yoke on my silverado they get the job done , so I go five miles down the street and the driveshaft u joint breaks again along with the tail shaft on my transmission and the yoke on my rear axle , so please everyone don't have service done by these people if you want to keep your car or truck running.

Prompt service with no problems scheduling and completing service. Would certainly visit this dealership again when in the area. Only issue was one of the valve stem caps was not replaced.

They are alway friendly and fast to attend to your needs. Service department is alway tried to do the repairs or service you need on your car.
