Paid for parts on the 9th of this month, said it would take 3 to 5 days for one 1 of the parts I paid for to come in. I also had recalls that's needed... to be done as well. The service department made an appointment for me on the 17th to have the work I needed done, and the recalls taken care of. Was told if the part came in before the 17th, I would be notified. I never received a call. I showed up at 8am on the 17th, per my appointment date. I was told they didnt have my part. I was then shown to the parts associate that placed my order for the part for more information. He then did a trace that said the part was there or shouldve been there on the 13th. To which he gave a final assessment of and I quote, "its probably on a trailer somewhere ". He shows me on the desktop that it shouldve been here on the 13th but had no further information. He then ended with he will give me a call when it shows up. I then walked back to the service counter where I elected to not waste the appointment and have the recalls taken care of. I left to go back to work at 8:30 am. At 5pm I called the service department as I had not been notified to pick up truck, and asked if it was ready. I was told that my vehicle had not been seen yet and would have to wait until the next day. I politely told the young lady that I kind of needed my truck back today, as I didnt know nor was I informed that this would be more than a day's worth of work. I placed on a hold and then was told by the young lady that 3 of the 4 recalls were software and couldve been done but the 4th will need parts that they dont have in stock right now. And that the shop manager was not happy because this couldve been taken care of sooner. But she would make sure my truck was finished within the hour before they close. This actually happened and I was thrilled she kept her word on that. This was by far the highlight of the total experience. Hence the 1 lone star rating. To this date I have received no update on the part I PAID for, and the original job/appointment work for my passenger seat still has not been taken care of. The part you had in stock is still on backseat as this very moment and it is now the 23rd. No update on the parts for the recall to be done either. I've been very patient and very understanding, and I just want the work and parts I've paid for to be taken care of in a professional, efficient manner. I want to believe in you guys but this isnt helping the cause.

Great selection of 2019 Silverado, salesman was patient and worked out a good deal along with trade-in. Will buy there again and would recommend to family... and friends. Salesman set up first oil change and tire rotation and keeps in touch often.

We came in from Louisiana for a specific vehicle that was advertised. The vehicle was there, immaculate and for the advertised price. My son wanted to... test drive another vehicle in Nederland and was able to do so without pressure from the dealership about leaving and possibly coming back. Needless to say we came back and purchased the truck. Great experience!

I use to be pleased with the service, but lately to even talk to someone you have to go up there. When you do get through to the service center I leave... a message that never gets returned. If it wasn't for my warranty i would bring my vehicle some where else. Like i do to get my oil changed. It took 2 months for me to get my car in for an appointment, and 3 days for me to get it back with very little information on when it would be done.
I went to JK to purchase a car listed on the website, (A 2017 Equinox Premier), only to be told that the price listed on the website was incorrect. After... taking off work, and spending time with your Saleperson, Dee, and then driving over to 'used' (this car was a loaner), test driving the car, getting my vehicle inspected for trade (2014 Equinox)...Then I was informed that the price was incorrect. This was a costly waste of my time and energy. My husband and I both drive vehicles purchased from JK and have been return customers for many years. This type of mistake is unacceptable.
I purchased a new Chev Silverado about two months ago from this dealership after trading in my Hummer. Each person I encountered was very helpful, knowledgeable... and pleasant...from the sales staff to the financing specialist to the manager. I would like to give a kudo to the body shop. Just recently, I had to have a small chip/dent on the edge of my front fender repaired. They had it done in about an hour...impressive! Based on my experiences I would purchase a car/truck from them again.
