Clueless Service Department
If I could give 0 stars I would. My 2017 Encore has been in their shop 9 times over 2 months for the same issue. The service department as well as the owner lied repeatedly about the service. I now have a 2 year old car that can't be trusted to take on a trip of any length.
Poor communications, too many phone calls
tried to send a simple email to ask more about the vehicle, after at least 10 phone calls I got an answer that could have been done with 1 simple email. nice people but way too much time taken

no extra key
i brought a preowned vehicle for Kirk brother greenwood and my salesman supposed to been getting me a extra key from Grenada but he soon quite. so i have been trying to get me a extra key from them and they have been down right mean as heck. especially the manager and general manager from Grenada so if you buy from them please please!!! make sure you get two set of keys. cause it’s $200 to get one made when it should have been given to you in the first place.
I called the manager to schedule a diagnostic testing and he told me it one be $65. Ok cool. I tell him what is wrong with it what it’s doing wrong and everything. When I go to get my car they tell me the exact same thing is wrong with it that I already told them. I’m wanting to know what’s CAUSING that issue. No way it took long at all to do that test but they charges me $120 instead of $65 like I was quoted over the phone. Manager seems like the type to just probe you for extra money, very disappointed
Good service it didn't take long for anything after sale calls to make sure everything is going well.
