Thanks to Mr. Juan Picazo's swift action, I was able to upgrade from my 2019 to a brand-new 2024 GMC Sierra in no time. His quick replacement process was a testament to the dealership's efficiency. Mr. Picazo and his team at the dealership are adept at understanding and meeting specific customer needs. Service department

I went to to do an oil change on my truck and paid with my GMC rewards points. Then the following week I took my truck again to follow on an issue that I was having with it I couldn?t pick up due that I was working and going to get late out of work. The service that they provide was under warranty so there was no charged for it. But they charged my wife for the oil again that it was done in the previous week. I told that they had charged me for it already and that I had the receipt that following day she took the receipt so she can get a refund on her account but the service guy Fermando who charged her couldn?t not help or explain to her why he charged for the oil change that had been paid already not even the assistant Manager name Joe could helper. The assistant manager Joe told her that he will call me the following day by midday I had to call him at 3 pm and still he wasn?t able to help me with the situation.The following day on my day off went personally and talk to service guy Fernando and show him both receipts and asked him why he had charged for the oil change again he was very unprofessional he not even give explanation he immediately call Joe the assistant manager he was in a meeting to leave him a message I left dissatisfied and disappointed Mr Joe call me and asked me to give him one more day to resolve the situation that he will call back me back and again he failed no phone call from him this is going into for 4 days and no solution to the problem I call him again and no answer left him a message no call back. I had to go above him to resolve and received credit back. Very disappointed over all I will never go back again to service our vehicles to that location

We have bought 5 cars with Luke Fruia over the years. I will always prefer to do business here first.They go above and beyond to help you. All of our vehicles are serviced here as well for the same reason. They will take you where you need to go as you wait for your car, or you can wait in comfort. They treat you with respect and kindness at every corner of the property.

Our Luke Fruia Story

Hi! I will try to keep this as brief as possible. My wife and I are retired and in our 70s. Our new Cadillac XT5 is our third Luke Fruia Cadillac. All have been leased. When the time came for our new lease, my wife and I were both anxious. Due to the pandemic, there were no cars. We had placed our order in October and finally received our XT5 in March. Our previous vehicles had been AWD, which made me feel safer in bad weather or on bad roads. They had also been 6 cylinder which I figured help with mountain travel. Our new XT5 was 4 cylinder without AWD. So, I was concerned. We just finished a 4,383.6 mile journey, from Brownsville to Washington DC and back. Our XT5 was perfect in ALL regards. We averaged 29.3 miles per gallon, crossed over numerous Appalachian mountain ranges, traveled through rural and city roads, through construction and heavy rain. The car’s GPS was worth its weight in gold and made 14-lane Washington travel a breeze. It informed us of traffic congestion, where accidents were located, and so much more; informing in plenty of time where lane changes needed to take place, unlike many other GPS systems. Our Sales Consultant was Aldo Benavides, a very caring and professional young man, who led us step by step through the whole process and who still is at our call whenever any need arises, going far beyond being just a “salesman”. We have dealt with Luke Fruia for a number of years and the organization is the best I have dealt with in a lifetime of buying vehicles. If there is a problem somewhere along the way, someone will pick up the ball to keep it moving forward. Happy Luke Fruia customers

Great Service

Always great service. Martin was our service consultant and he took the time to explain what was needed and how the process worked. The repair was done professionally and quickly. AC repair

The repair to my AC on my 07 Corvette was excellent. The issue was quickly diagnosed the same day I took my car in and it was ready the next day. The customer service from Fernando was excellent as it usually is.
