This place sucks

Not good experience at all do not recommend I purchased a vehicle and put 9k down on extended warranties my transmission goes out at 86k and they can't help bc it's a few miles over the warranty I should have kept my 9k then wanna charge 1500 more than anywhere else to fix it

Very unorganized and lied to me.

Very unorganized and lied to me. Will not return calls. Have a ton of excuses as to why they didn’t call back. Had my information all wrong even though I did an application on their website. Don’t have a good vehicle selection.


Advertised vehicle having 92,000 miles on it.

Advertised vehicle having 92,000 miles on it. I drove over 2hrs to look at it. When I arrived they told me it had over 200,000 miles on it. Said they overlooked it. I had talked to them several times on the phone before driving there. They never mentioned this. When asked why they did not let me know before I drove that far, they said they could not discuss this matter over the phone.


No Honor at this dealership

Made a deal on a truck. Drove over to dealership and agreed to the price and trade but truck wasn’t ready. Went back 3 days later to find out they would not honor the price at all or the trade! Waiting to talk to the owner.


Classic bait and switch

I found an ad showing a new Hellcat at msrp with 13 miles on it. After a little haggling we agreed at a price and I paid a non refundable deposit $1000 deposit. The dealership sent me more photos, only to Show that the vehicle had 200+ miles on it. This is a big deal because a proper engine break in on hellcat is important. They stated that the dealership owner drove the car in a parade. They refused to give me my $1000 back and they offered to give me a discount on the “Granger package” which is a bunch of nonsense that they charge $2000 for and you cannot opt out of it. The dealer met me at night in Texas to deliver the vehicle and the car was not clean at all. The interior windows were dirty and covered with lint. The engine bay was littered with pine needles and leaves. Also, the paint looked like it hadn’t been washed I weeks. The wheels looked like they had been sprayed with something that messed up the paint. None of this was evident because it was night time. When I contacted the dealer they refused to pay for the car to get cleaned. When buying a car this expensive, I expect the car to be perfect. It was far from that. The one good part of this experience was the salesman I worked with. He was friendly and worked well with me. I will never go back to this dealership.

Excellent service. Go see Justin, he did every thing in his power to make the experience go smoothly. I am an out of town buyer, he delivered the vehicle to me which i greatly appreciated.


Overall great experience!

My husband and I ended up purchasing both our new trucks at Granger with the assistance of Gabe Lawley. From being friendly & courteous, with absolutely no pressure to hustling every step of the way, you really couldn’t ask for anyone better. Gabe made both sales this month a complete pleasure & super easy!! As far as the dealership itself, there was zero haggling with the finance department over number crunching. We received high market value for the trade in and the APR was a steal!! Now, let me say the vehicle detailing department leaves much to be desired. They do not do a good job (both trucks purchased had half a*# detailing with visible half a*% results.) So if you are in the market for a new vehicle with a “no pressure” approach then go see Gabe at Granger Chevrolet and don’t let the guys back in detailing discourage you.


Bad business.

Offered me $9000 on a $20000 Corvette with salvage title. Minor damage from hitting a sign center of bumper. All repairs were made and has over $10000 spent on upgrades. 8 thousand miles on upgrades engine and suspension. Near perfect body. 78000 miles on body. I am old but not stupid enough to go back.
