Had an amazing experience there and the guy that helped me was named Jeff and he helped me get all my expectations out of the vehicle I wanted. Not only did he talk about vehicles with me but as we were waiting we talked about our kids and he was very respectful

We were very satisfied with the service Tim Wilcox provided. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient and attentive to our needs and concerns. Tim kept us well informed on what was happening with our vehicle. He called with updates on our Tahoe which allowed us to make alternative plans for transportation ahead of time. Tim truly understood what an inconvenience it was without a vehicle for 10 days and did his part in seeking the quickest yet proper solution. Next time our vehicle needs maintenance, we will definitely request Tim Wilcox to handle our appointment. Thank you, Jane and Terry Ritchey
