Excellent service. Go see Justin, he did every thing in his power to make the experience go smoothly. I am an out of town buyer, he delivered the vehicle to me which i greatly appreciated.


Overall great experience!

My husband and I ended up purchasing both our new trucks at Granger with the assistance of Gabe Lawley. From being friendly & courteous, with absolutely no pressure to hustling every step of the way, you really couldn’t ask for anyone better. Gabe made both sales this month a complete pleasure & super easy!! As far as the dealership itself, there was zero haggling with the finance department over number crunching. We received high market value for the trade in and the APR was a steal!! Now, let me say the vehicle detailing department leaves much to be desired. They do not do a good job (both trucks purchased had half a*# detailing with visible half a*% results.) So if you are in the market for a new vehicle with a “no pressure” approach then go see Gabe at Granger Chevrolet and don’t let the guys back in detailing discourage you.


Bad business.

Offered me $9000 on a $20000 Corvette with salvage title. Minor damage from hitting a sign center of bumper. All repairs were made and has over $10000 spent on upgrades. 8 thousand miles on upgrades engine and suspension. Near perfect body. 78000 miles on body. I am old but not stupid enough to go back.

Can I make this NO STAR? AWFUL EXPERIENCE! Seriously the worst I've ever had. This was a total bait and switch. The pictures of the car online made the car look incredible but it was completely beat-up. Wouldn't have known about the 2 prior accidents had I not asked for the car report. I called this morning and was told by Destiny in the "Customer Care" department that I would need to put a $500 non-refundable deposit down on this car to hold it so I could test drive it tonight. I decided to take my chances of it selling today and called again tonight before I left Lake Charles to make sure it was there and available before I made the hour trip to the dealership in Orange and Destiny "checked to make sure the keys were still there" and assured me the vehicle was there and said she's set me up with Jimmy to look at it. Once I arrived, Joshua came out on the lot to tell me that he had actually taken another person's $500 deposit on Saturday and he couldn't sell us that car. It was a complete waste of our time and a really badly missed opportunity for this dealership to sell 3 people vehicles and earn new loyal customers. I won't be making another trip back to Granger Chevrolet again and I'll be sure to tell all my friends not to waste their time because this place is shady!


I purchased a used 2018 Ram from Granger Ram in Orange...

I purchased a used 2018 Ram from Granger Ram in Orange (not Granger Chevrolet, but under the same ownership) and worked with a salesman named Alex Yates. I had high interest in a truck so we took it for a test drive. During the test drive, I mentioned to Alex that the 8.4 uConnect screen looked like it had a chip or crack in the top right corner. He assured me that it was only some tape and would be taken care of when the service department would detail the truck upon purchase. We came to a consensus on a price and a deal was made. My wife and I were very excited as we drove home, but 20 minutes down the road she tried to put presets into the radio. Literally as soon as she touched the screen it started jumping all over the place and not staying on a radio station. It was as if someone was touching the screen when nothing was touching it. The radio/uConnect screen was completely useless. I got in touch with Alex at Granger the same night I bought the truck and he denied having any knowledge of any issues with the radio. I told him I knew it wasn't their responsibility to make things right with me, but this type of customer service goes a long way when making things right with the customer. He said the best he could do was sell me a new radio (mind you this is LESS THAN 24 hours from purchasing) and the labor at cost which would be roughly 850-900 dollars (even though I gave them $1500.00 down less than 24 hours before and being stuck with a 6.5% interest rate). He then said they had absolutely no room/money left over to fix this. I know it is not their responsibility to fix this since I didn't get a warranty with them (would have cost a ridiculous 50.00 per month added to my note), but with my prior experience in the past, some of the dealerships I have worked with (Bayshore in Baytown and Classic in Beaumont) have bent over backwards to ensure everything was right with my vehicle before I left. As a matter of fact, when the air conditioning in my wife's car went out within 48 hours of purchasing a used car at Classic, they gave her a loaner for the duration it took to fix the AC and didn't charge her a dime. That is true customer service. I can't know for sure if Granger knew they were selling me a faulty radio, but my message to any buyer is to be wary... these people only want your money; not your business. Granger is borderline fraudulent and now I am stuck with a broken radio/uConnect screen in a 3 year old truck that was sold to me. Granger will nickel and dime you even to the tune of 800 bucks even after you just bought a nearly 30,000 dollar truck from them.


their character is terrible

Marcy is by far the worst salesman. She will not do everything she can to get the deal done. Forcing you to get a better deal elsewhere. I would not recommend anyone to her.


Awesome Experience!!!

Tony B. was very pleasant and wonderful to work with. The first Traverse we looked at was a little more than we wanted to pay. Tony called us when another Traverse came in the following week. We fell in love with! Tony went to bat for us on the price. Tony hit it out of the park! Needless to say, we bought it! Great experience!! Make sure you ask for Tony Baumgartner.

Very dishonest

Do not buy a car from them they try to add extra taxes and call them Dealer Inventory Tax and when I questioned it they tried to convince me it was a ad valorem tax required by my state which was Mississippi which was a total lie and when I chose not to buy the vehicle they suddenly had a way around it. This worst car buying experience I have ever had.
