Service said they had ALL parts in stock and so I scheduled my appointment to get this installed at one time since the drive for me there is trouble some with work. Turns out they didn’t and now I’m on the third trip to finish all this.

Love the service department, friendly staff and clean atmosphere. I appreciate them letting me know my battery was bad because it was under warranty at another location.

Granger did oil change tire rotation and reset some faults on my truck in a timely manner

When they did my recall I told them my truck was deleted and they reset my ecm They set me an appointment for 2 weeks out to get my harmonic balancer fixed. I called the day before to make sure I could drop my truck off and they said yes. Then 4 days later I go to check on it and they said “ they didn’t know my truck was there” then tell me we are two weeks out and I had to schedule another appointment
