Worst experience ever.

Worst experience ever. Took car to repair an issue paid 1,200 for repair. When received my vehicle it still had issue. Took it back in 2 ,weeks passed and all i got was were working on it. Decided to take my vehicle and actually fix it. Right before getting home i got stranded. Took it a mechanic, turns out that to get to the part that needed fixed they broke another piece and had to spend another 500 dollars with the new mechanic which he found the problem in half a day. How does a dealership break a customers car while attempting to fix it. This is very dissapointing.

I had a great experience purchasing my VW Atlas at Payne Mission. Miguel Munoz was my sales representative and he did a good job helping me select the vehicle. Great atmosphere at Payne. Highly recommended to anyone that is looking to purchase a vehicle and have a great experience from it.

No order or communication and nothing is getting done about my current situation. I keep getting passed on so none of them have to deal with what i’m struggling with. By far the worst dealership I have ever had business with.
