We needed to purchase a specific truck that no one else had in a minimal amount of time. Our salesman Jason worked to get us this truck same day and even delivered the vehicle and paperwork to us, which made all the difference in the world with our crazy schedule. The price was actually slightly less than advertised, and there were no surprises when we got our sales estimate. Buying a vehicle can be easy, this was a great experience!

When we dropped the RAM off for repair, Ms.
When we dropped the RAM off for repair, Ms. Palermo took the time to conduct the service procedure the proper way. She was very professional, took us out to walk around the vehicle, she listened to our concerns, and she took the actual mileage off the vehicle instead of asking us, guessing or leaving it blank. She asked us if we had any other issues with the vehicle. She took everything down, had the paperwork for the loaner vehicle ready and explained the procedure, promising to call us at 1500 the same day, with a diagnosis and further details. She called us at 1100, and she didn't just have the diagnosis but also the out-the-door price and the approximate waiting time. When we picked the vehicle up, Ms. Palermo was again, very professional and not in a rush, despite it being close to closing time. She explained the bill and, as I requested, called MOPAR, asking if they are willing to show some Goodwill because the exhaust manifold problem does appear to be a known manufacturing- and/or design problem. Unfortunately, they said the mileage is a bit over the grace period. The RAM was parked properly, and it was clean. No cigarette smell either!!! The paperwork is almost on Mercedes level, but their service is exactly what we taught at Mercedes-Benz.

My wagoneer had a computer issue and got stuck leaving a car wash in College Station. I opted to pay the extra tow all the way to Cameron Country just because the service has always been so great. They didn't disappoint yet again. They were able to fix my car very quickly, incredibly friendly and left my car looking better than when I brought it in. I have let everyone know it is worth the drive to Cameron for the service provided!

Needed the exhaust manifolds replaced, both sides it turns out, on my 2021 Ram 1500 5.7L Hemi. I received prompt, honest, and precise repair services from my dealer and these repairs were covered 100% under the power train warranty. As I live in Temple, Hunter arranged for a convenient, loaner vehicle so that I could get back to work after dropping off my vehicle. The entire repair was done in less than 24 hours. This dealership also takes care of my regular oil maintenance needs such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter changes. I feel their pricing is competitive with the local, oil change shops here in Temple and I'm getting factory trained Ram technicians servicing my vehicle at the same time. I enjoy my drives out to Cameron and the quick turnaround times too. This has been a great dealership to do business with.

Do not trust Cameron County Dodge. They tell lies
I had a factory recall for my 2015 200 to replace the catalytic converter and reprogram the TCP and the PCM computers. The factory recall person called them and set up a appointment to have the work done. And check that they had the part. They had the catalytic conver. My appointment was 8 am next day after her call to them. Dropped my car off to have work done. Had a friend to pick me up. Before I got home in San Gabriel. They called me told me they did not have the part. They used it the day before after the factory recall person called and verifiedthey had the catalyticconvert. . Even though they knew that part was for me. Had to reschedule the appointment. They told me they reorder the part it be in in three days. And they give me a call. After 4 day with no call from Cameron Country Dodge I called them. They said that they need 4 parts for my Factory recall. And that they have to order the other 2 parts. And they be in in twelve days. And remember my factory recall was for one part only, catalytic convert. And have the TCM and PCM computers reprogram. And that the two other parts had my name written on them so no one would use them. They never called me to this day. I called them tried to talk to them to see what happen. But the person I need to talk to was not in. He give me a call when he got back. He never called either. Theat happen more than three times. 5 months later still no call. And I can say if you have a Factory recall on your car. They will not do the work. What make it worse they keep the letter that was sent to me. Telling me about the Factory recall. That way I could not call them and tell them what happen.i would not buy a car from they are have any work did on my car. If they lied to me. How many other people have they did something like this too. Maybe you only needed something simple did to your car. And they tell you that you need extra work done. So they make more money and not even replace the parts. Think about this they told me lie after lie. More than likely doing it to all they customer. Thank you for reading this.
