Do not trust Cameron County Dodge. They tell lies

I had a factory recall for my 2015 200 to replace the catalytic converter and reprogram the TCP and the PCM computers. The factory recall person called them and set up a appointment to have the work done. And check that they had the part. They had the catalytic conver. My appointment was 8 am next day after her call to them. Dropped my car off to have work done. Had a friend to pick me up. Before I got home in San Gabriel. They called me told me they did not have the part. They used it the day before after the factory recall person called and verifiedthey had the catalyticconvert. . Even though they knew that part was for me. Had to reschedule the appointment. They told me they reorder the part it be in in three days. And they give me a call. After 4 day with no call from Cameron Country Dodge I called them. They said that they need 4 parts for my Factory recall. And that they have to order the other 2 parts. And they be in in twelve days. And remember my factory recall was for one part only, catalytic convert. And have the TCM and PCM computers reprogram. And that the two other parts had my name written on them so no one would use them. They never called me to this day. I called them tried to talk to them to see what happen. But the person I need to talk to was not in. He give me a call when he got back. He never called either. Theat happen more than three times. 5 months later still no call. And I can say if you have a Factory recall on your car. They will not do the work. What make it worse they keep the letter that was sent to me. Telling me about the Factory recall. That way I could not call them and tell them what happen.i would not buy a car from they are have any work did on my car. If they lied to me. How many other people have they did something like this too. Maybe you only needed something simple did to your car. And they tell you that you need extra work done. So they make more money and not even replace the parts. Think about this they told me lie after lie. More than likely doing it to all they customer. Thank you for reading this.

Horrible service

My truck came back worse everytime it's been there. It took months and several visit just to get them to order parts. They sent a loaner truck that they say was just traded in that had hair all across the back seat and hay in the bed. The manager Paul said it was his call to give me that truck and had no problem loaning me a filthy vehicle. They haven't fixed anything correctly and my vehicles will be taken elsewhere

Would not work with us at all

We went there to possibly buy two automobiles. The sale Guy Charley was wonderful but the manager of the store was terrible. They would not work with us at all on price even though they said they would. Ended up going to Garlyn Shelton Motors. Left with two rides the Jeep Cherokee I wanted and a BMW. Garlyn Shelton is where to go for any auto needs.

Ram truck

Horrible experience with Matt

Our salesman was horrible. He really tried to take us for a great deal of money and push warranties and unnecessary insurance. He was pushy and rude. Very moody. He did not deliver the car well and joke with the other salesman the entire time. Very unprofessional. Just career about making money.

Amazing Experience!

Everyone at this dealership was simply amazing to work with! It was our first car buying experience and they were incredibly patient and took care of us very well. We had a couple days of numerous phone calls before we could even make it down to the dealership and they were always quick to respond and helpful. I highly recommend this place, it makes buying a car an exciting time instead of stressful!

Would Recommend to Anyone!!!

I started my experience with Cameron Autoplex via the website and started a chat session. She was polite and took my information and had some one call me back. I received a prompt phone call back from Corey and he was very courteous and listened to what I wanted an was not a "typical pushy salesman." He had me look at the website and see what I wanted and gave him a call back. He took over from there and handled everything over the phone and we had an agreement quickly. Financial part handled and I was a approved for my beautiful 2012 Dodge Challenger. I drove 261 miles to pick my car up and when I got there every thing was ready. The car was clean and detailed with a full tank of gas and everyone was very courteous and professional. I will recommend Cameron Autoplex to everyone I know and would definitely drive the distance again to purchase from them again! Kudos to everyone at Cameron Autoplex you do an awesome job with the first impression and it continues through to the end.

Staci Kirker, very nice to work with!

I was looking on the internet for a truck to buy. Cameron Autoplex had a couple trucks I was interested in for a reasonable price. I started the on-line chat with Staci and she was very quick at responding and answering my questions. She set me up with one of her co-workers, Corey, who sent me a bunch of pictures and answered a lot more questions I had. Staci is good at coordinating her resources to get an answer back to the customer quickly. If you want great customer service on the internet contact Staci Kirker at Cameron, she's the best!
