I purchased what was advertised as a clean,

I purchased what was advertised as a clean, well-maintained 2014 Volvo XC70—one owner, 74k miles. Just three weeks later—before I even made my first payment—a large puddle of oil formed under the front end. The repair? $2,350 out of pocket. This happened after the dealership repeatedly reassured me that their vehicles are “thoroughly inspected.” Let’s be honest: a leak this severe doesn’t just appear overnight. I had the car evaluated by an independent mechanic with over 45 years of experience at a highly respected import dealership, and he didn’t hesitate: this kind of oil leak would have been immediately noticeable to anyone performing a proper inspection. So either the service department is dangerously incompetent, or they knowingly sold the car in this condition. Neither is acceptable. And that’s not the only problem. Every time we came to see the vehicle, the salesman—Domanick—had it running and the liftgate already open, but none of the other doors. Only after the sale did I realize why: the tailgate drops several inches when opened. He knew. He concealed it. That’s not just sketchy—it’s deceptive. This wasn’t a minor issue or an honest mistake. It was a deliberate effort to move a flawed vehicle by presenting it in a misleading way. I trusted this dealership and got burned. Buyer beware—just because it’s a big, polished dealership doesn’t mean you’re getting honesty.

Very professional and clean environment with a large

Very professional and clean environment with a large selection of Volvo XC 60 vehicles! We worked with Ben Cauffman last fall when we happened to be driving through Indiana. He helped us navigate the infotainment system and test drive a few different versions of the XC 60 while we were still trying to decide whether to make the switch to the Volvo brand. We finally decided to purchase a few weeks ago only to be faced with tariff concerns. Ben was able to locate a vehicle that was already headed this way that met our specifications! Our experience was a pleasant one and we are really enjoying our new vehicle! We drove 2 1/2 hours from a neighboring state just to do business with Tom Kelley Volvo and Ben. We were that impressed! This was our first transaction with this dealership, but likely won’t be our last!

Ben took care of my wife and I as we bought our first

Ben took care of my wife and I as we bought our first Volvo. He knew so many helpful details about the car, and helped everything about the process function smoothly. It was a low pressure situation, and I never felt like he was "selling" me anything. Mason spent time training us on the electronics and car features, and he is talented at explaining concepts clearly. I would recommend both of them to friends and family.

I have only good things to say about Mason too, but I just couldn't recall his name when I completed the original survey.
