Bought a 2018 Subaru legacy brand new.

Bought a 2018 Subaru legacy brand new.. The salesman was great and the process of buying it was good. Then after that unfortunately we had to deal with the service team. Since we bought the vehicle no we'd complained about the audio unit not working in android auto the service to between kept saying it needed an update and the update and never fix the problem. After the 3 year warranty I purchased an outer market extended warranty Which was called zurich shield. After I got the warranty I've took it to the dealer for the audio unit for the 6th time and the service writer said that the audio unit was fine and and I have talked to the technician that worked on the vehicle and he told me that they didn't even look at it so therefore the service writer lied about the repair. I've taken the vehicle to the Honda dealer that I've dealt with for years And they were able to figure out the problem and get the audio unit replaced and now it is working correctly no thanks to the Subaru dealer to fix my Subaru.

Unethical and untrustworthy when buying a used car.

Unethical and untrustworthy when buying a used car. Pushers and scammers. Do not trust. (You may wonder why as a Subaru dealer they have the biggest used car lot in the area - this is the money driver, not new cars!). Flaws and underlying faults are not pointed out. One tactic they also use is to keep you waiting for hours for paperwork (2 to be exact) and then rush through the signing process without explaining what you actually agreeing too.

I purchased a 2014 Subaru with 95k miles almost a year

I purchased a 2014 Subaru with 95k miles almost a year ago. I have since put $1800 into this vehicle to keep it on the road! Everything from bearings, to calipers, brakes 2x, tires although did not notice at first were dry rotted on sidewalls. I feel as though this vehicle was in a flood as some point. Managers will not call back, would not recommend this dealership to anyone, or their budget cars.

Getting out the door of this dealership cost me eight

Getting out the door of this dealership cost me eight hours of my life for a $2,500 used car with 183,000 miles. The sales person should have already known the costs of going to the notary and how long the plates were good for. He should have communicated to his F And I guy that we were bringing the cash they asked for. Instead after a phone call he didn't communicate to his finance man. His negligence cost my daughter and her bank account much distress.

Terrible customer service!

Terrible customer service!!! We have bought multiple cars from here including one earlier just this month. I had called from work today to start the purchase of a car and they had sold it from underneath me half way through doing the paperwork. A terrible way to treat repeat customers.

Saying your sales managers did not communicate properly is a poor, bs excuse. They are simply a bunch of sleazy, arrogant, and dishonest salesman. If they didn't know it was already in the process of being sold then they are not very good at their jobs. That's the customer service that gives car salesmen the negative stereotype that everyone associates them with. You sold one car out from underneath me so why in the world would I trust you again or want to give you my business? I think I'll just let everyone I know and work with how you do business instead.
