This service department is a JOKE!!!! Never go here! They are not honest or helpful! Prices change on service, work does not get completed, not to mention... they had my vehicle for almost a month with little to no communication! Horrible expierence. If you need your Mitsubishi serviced, take the time to drive to Greenville! Don’t go to Little Joe’s! You have been warned!!!
I will never get another car from little joes.they are a piece of xxxx. Customer service,service department and cars are junk. I got a Ford Fiesta and... the transmission went out after 5 months. Prior to it going out, I had to take it up there 3 times to get it worked on. I highly WOULD NOT recommend them to my worst enemy
Buying my 2001 Corvette ZO6 was a great experience at Little Joe's. Sales people and all the staff were very friendly. I found one small problem with the... car and they fixed it on the spot. I came from Dover Delaware to purcase this car and since I came from a long way they filled the tank for my return trip. Great overall deal.

My experience was great. My sales associate, Mike, was excellent and very caring and understanding. We felt very comfortable, a really family atmosphere.... I gave this buyer one star on everything earlier tonight because I was upset about a gas situation. Well the issue has been solved thanks to the general... manager of Sales Mr. RUSS HIMSELF!!! He told me to bring my car back to Little Joes the next two times that it is on E and they will pump me to Full!!! I am now a satisfied Little Joes customer!!!
Thoroughly upset customer right now. I was promised a full tank of gas from Little Joes so naturally when I pulled up to the dealership to get the gas,... my tank was almost on Empty (gas light was even on). So I wait for about 30 minutes before getting services. While I'm waiting in the kids area I overhear a conversation going on with the staff there. One female had a mouth like a sailor. Totally inappropriate to curse where you work. So not professional. What if there were kids sitting in the play area? Anywho after waiting 30 minutes (I was told I had to wait until a staff brought back the "gas card") I was told to meet a staff at the nearest Wawa so they could fill my tank up. Well I overheard one worker say well it's only $46 left on the card. Another staff said well I need to fill up this car first (pointed to a car that was not mine). So a Little Joes rep turns to me and says hey meet my staff at the nearest wawa and if we are unable to fill up your tank to F then come back tomorrow and we will take care of you. He also assured me that at least $16 would be able to go to my tank tonight (as I was on E). So I get to wawa and the representative didn't arrive to almost ten minutes after me. Why so long I have no idea. He was probably joy riding. So we get to wawa and the staff assures me that it's $46 on the card and he would fill the first car up with $30 (as that car was priority over mine...how I don't know) and then the remaining balance would go to me ($16). So the rep fills up the first car and then walks over to mine. When he swipes the Little Joes Gas Card The Wawa Gas Pump DECLINED it due insufficient funds. The rep then proceeded to say follow me back to the dealership and we will get some money and then come back to Wawa. Dude my car is on E I am not going anywhere. Follow you to the dealership? Then follow you back to Wawa? I think not! Yes it was my fault for riding my car down to E BUT WHEN YOU ARE PROMISED A FREE TANK OF GAS why not? NEVER AGAIN! I ended up paying for my own gas because Wawa was packed and cars were behind me. Not to mention there were bystanders outside watching thee enitre charade. What sickens me the most is that Out of the four people who were involved in this charade only one person apologized. I called back to voice my opinion and got the worse phone customer service ever. I even left a voicemail for the manager who I doubt will call me back. The professionalism was at an all time low tonight at Little Joes. I am one unhappy customer. I will be posting this review on any and every site that I can find!
When I first got to the dealership my spirits we're at an all time low because I had been through so much and I said to myself, these people are not going... to give me anything! I was wrong...I laughed the whole time I was there, they took care of my every need and treated me as if I was family! This was the most amazing experience and I am overjoyed with how they handled my issues and took care of me. I would recommend ANYONE to purchase a car from this establishment. The people are awesome! And the experience is something I will never forget!
Kyle Sawtelle was very unprofessional rude and basically treated me more like a credit score rather than an hardworking valued paying customer he had no... patience at all while assisting me in the buying process and when we asked him specific questions he had no patience with us raising his voice and basically dismissing us by saying have a good day in the middle of a conversation he acted like he was doing me a favor and that was never the case this has been the upmost horrible customer service I have ever received from someone and it should be unacceptable in this industry. He needs to realize that it's over 20 car dealerships on south military highway I'm glad I choose not to proceed with the sale and go elsewhere.
I had received a recall notice from Isuzu and called the service center about getting this taken care of. When I arrived I was told that they would need... to order the part and that they would call me. 2 weeks later I still hadn't heard from them so I called back. I was told that they had a computer issue that was delaying these types of repairs and that they would call me when resolved. Another month goes by and they are still having these issues. I wait for another 2 weeks and call again and was told to bring in the following Monday morning before 9 am and that it will take a couple of days. I called on Wednesday when I had not heard from them and was told that the part was not in yet and if it didn't arrive that day it would be there for sure on Thursday. I call Thursday afternoon around 3 and I am told that the part should be in now, but they will check and call me right back. No call back and when I attempted to call them back at 4:30 it went voice mail. This is completely ridiculous. Why wasn't the part order months ago when I first brought it in and why did they need it dropped off on Monday when the part was not going to be there for days. This was supposed to be around a 30 minute repair and they have had my vehicle now for a week. This is the last time I will use their service center and would never buy a car from a dealer with such lousy service.
I brought a suv form LittleJoe's around about five months ago , I have to say that the service department is not good and their warranty isn't good either,... they want you to paid half the price for a part on the thirty day warranty, They say that you get free oil changes right, the first is free but when you go back for the second it's not free they require you pay for the other stuff like tire rotations, fuel ejection cleaners, and etc. I have an extended warranty, but I'm thinking not to use it with them, but the sale department and the dealers are great just the service department suck, Oh yeah, I ask the guy do I have to get the other stuff because I did have the $60 right I just wanted the oil change and he said, I have to get the other stuff along with the oil change if not then they couldn't change my oil, which I think if was unfair, for this reason I wouldn't buy another vehicle from this dealership, like I said the dealers and finance department are good, but the service department really do sucks, they go beyond horrible.
