I tried to purchase my first vehicle here back in 2016 .

I tried to purchase my first vehicle here back in 2016 . I still in my thirty day trial period and realize I did not want the vehicle I had and I only picked it being that I was in a rush . So when I went to make my payment I asked could I exchange it and one of the sellsman told me that I could not ; I made my early payment and let fate deal with them . Then was even more upset because down the street they owned a used car lot where I could have purchased a car out of pocket with no monthly payments . 🤦🏾‍♀️

The website and all the ads are obviously just throwing

The website and all the ads are obviously just throwing out fake promises to get you into the dealership, much like any other dealership. The website states $13 down then he tells me that I may have to come up with a few thousand. Basically, laughed in my face. They are no different than any other greedy dealership. The even had a $2400 convenience fee on a $18k car. No different than any of the others.

I haven't bought a car here or anything, but these people

I haven't bought a car here or anything, but these people caused me, and countless other listeners, auditory trauma with their awful, annoying radio ad. I probably have worse PTSD than a Vietnam vet. I still can't sleep because all I hear is *IN HIGH PITCH VOICE* "SANTA SAYS TOUCH YOUR NOSE!! SANTA SAYS TOUCH YOUR TOES!!...." Who in God's green earth thought that this was a good ad?? Anyways, this is my revenge for subjecting me to that ad hundreds of times.

The sales manager Chris was rude about handling a

The sales manager Chris was rude about handling a situation with my son's car that we (parents) put a down payment of 1428 for a 2016 lancer. On day two the car was running hot, and the hose clamp was pushed back the hose connected to the engine block. This a big safety factor, which could have been an issue for my son driving it. I asked the sales' manager Chris on the phone could we get a loaner or fees paid for a rental car until it was fix. Chris stated we do not honor it, nor did he try to extend it. I stated my son has a new job with the government starting this Tuesday, which he will lose if he does not have a vehicle. We do not want money back, nor was we trying to give it back. We simply wanted a resolution, which he gave the initial salesperson a difficult time. Chris stated my hands are tied and was not trying to at least make us as customers happy. Transparently we just wanted a vehicle to prevent my son from missing work and fix the issue. I did state the lemon law applies, Chris said not on your car just a new car. He might want to become acquainted with the law. Then Jeff Falk should be aware of his team treating customers as if they do not care. Out of it, the initial salesperson and the lady that answers the calls was the only people that helped us and was genuine with the offer to make sure we were happy. To sum it out, the sales manager could not be transparent to see the big picture and honor the customer and accept the liability of what happen. The lemon law states, The Virginia Used Car Lemon Law is designed to offer protection to buyers who experience substantial defects in used vehicles within a specific timeframe. Under this law, if a used car has a defect that significantly impairs its safety, use, or market value, and the issue arises within 18 months of purchase or before the vehicle reaches 18,000 miles (whichever comes first), the consumer may be entitled to remedies such as a refund, replacement, or repair." Which the manager stated it did not apply to us, but the hose to engine block which helps which cooling is a safety issue, car running hot, and the engine light is on. Guess the sale manager is not worried and he was not happy about helping us. At the end of the day, just wanted a car, no money back and a temporary means of transportation until it was fix. Yet Chris the sales manager was not trying to help. Just the initial salesperson and the lady that answers the phone.

My experience was great! Nice amenities! Perfect!

As soon as we pulled up a friendly young man came out to meet us a big smile and was very helpful from the get go . His name is Adam Byrd. There's not enough space, but let's just say he was determined to get us into a ride and he made it happen!..the first place we went no one came out to help till we were about to leave . And he just stood in the doorway. I'm telling you Adam was awesome. These people (little Joe's) texted and called us as well as soon as we started looking on-line. Stacey was the contact person. That's the way you sell cars. They wanted to help and it showed. Oh yeah, weren't there that long at all. Quick and very easy and Adam was so helpful. The finishing up and jumping in your new ride was hilarious! But fun. We (well, I let my wife do it)got to bang a gong! It was the perfect ending to a perfect experience. Thank you guys again, but especially you Adam 😁👍😃. My wife and I couldn't be happier! Oh yeah before I sign off that ride Adam got us in was more than we expected and it's fully loaded. 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. Even though it's got a few years on it it's still very luxurious.
