Great customer service!

Great customer service! My service specialist, John is amazing to work with. I had major repairs done. He explained everything to me and worked with me to get the major repairs fixed within my budget. I recommend buying a car from Elite Acura based off the service department alone.

The service department has really horrible customer

The service department has really horrible customer service. The will not even acknowledge that you walked into the establishment, then proceed to look you off as if they don’t see you.

Stay away!

So i bought my 2018 RDX at Piazza Acura. It was a low mileage certified car and i got a good deal. Took it there several times fir service and was treated like a king. Got a great loaner each time as i live pretty . Fast forward to elite. I brought it there for the 25 k service. I had reserved a loaner over the phone. I got there and the staff is very nice but no loaner, leaving me stuck there and having to walk home 5 miles using a cane as i am partly disabled. No shuttle either. Then i got back and the bill was 50 dollars higher than quoted due a mysteriuos shop charge. They also tried to sell me new brakesceven though i had just replaced them also air filter which was just replaced. Buyer beware!
