Always so professional yet human.

Always so professional yet human. I tend to have my baby with me the last few oil changes and they’re always so accommodating and work quickly to get the job done. To come out to a washed car is another bonus.

A lot better but still a little ways to go

First and foremost the facility itself is amazing, with all the expected compliments of a luxury vehicle dealership. The service reps are friendly, but it?s obvious they may be working off commission (based on the erroneous recommended service). I?ve owned Acura ceviches for over 20 years and typically the timing belt replacement occurs at 105k miles, these guys were trying to saddle me with a $1300 service at 75k miles? And the last time my vehicle was in for service I was told I needed struts? at 62k mikes. I?ve NEVER replaced struts on any Acura I?ve owned, so I called BS. Interestingly enough during my last service visit (where the vehicle received a multi point inspection), ALL of the suspension reported back to be in great shape. My point is, know your vehicle and to question these guys that may be motivated by commission. My vehicle runs better and less issues are ?found? the more I stay away from specific dealerships. Elite Acura (Formerly known as Sussman) has had thee best reputation for Service. However since Rich and the female Service Manager (whose name escapes me now) have left, it?s been somewhat of a struggle to trust these reps/techs. Overall the dealership does good business (especially compared to Acura of Turnersville . . . DON?T EVER GO THERE!!). The dealership has made great improvements for transparency, adding video recording of vehicle assessment/inspections, this enhances the client experience and increase the trust factor. Finally, a contributing factor for my rating is the wait time for a basic oil change and tire rotation, I waited over 2 hours as I watched ppl that arrived after me leave ahead of me. I?m wondering if I?m better off going to a local Jiffy Lube to get me in and out within 30 minutes. These are my opinions and personal observation.

Excellent service

Really enjoyed my time even though was just for routine service didn't feel like that. Just did a terrific job setting expectations for time to complete them and the services needed.
