Great Experience With Giovanni

The best sales man i have come in contact. Made car buying very easy. Would definitely recommend him. Explained everything and gave us the best deal in the whole tri state area.

2018 Acura RDX Purchase

My experience at Elite Acura was markedly pleasant compared to dealing with other dealerships in my recent purchase of my 2018 Acura RDX. Joe Ditro is a true professional, very friendly and knowledgable. He put me in touch with Giovanni Paparo who immediately treated me like a valuable customer, not only a potential sale. He brought the car of my choice to sales area and gave me the key so that I could sit in the car despite my telling him I did not need to test drive the car, as I had done so previously. He shepherded me through the entire process with kind and patient expertise and remained with me until the purchase was complete, including payment and paperwork. He then walked me out to my car telling me to call him at anytime, should I have questions or concerns. I found this personalization above anything I experienced buying cars in the past. Lastly, I want to commend Sung Kim for his expert and efficient handling of the payment/paperwork process and for his kindness and patience as well.

Car Buying Experience With Giovanni

When I inquired via telephone about end of lease options I spoke to Giovanni and set an appointment to visit the Elite Acura dealership. Giovanni answered all my questions in a professional manner and informed me that he wanted to earn my business. Without any haggling we worked out a deal and I drove off the lot in my new 2018 TLX. I am truly satisfied with the service at Elite Acura and will recommend the dealership to family and friends in the future.

Scott Goldberg made the transaction for us, it was a pleasure from start to finish. Highly recommend you walk through Elite?s doors. The service department rates the same - they have actually ?undersold? repairs at times - stating the v could be repaired with much cheaper alternatives

Great expierence !

I just bought a 2016 acura tlx and am very happy with the purchase and the experience I had at Elite Acura! Duane and his team really worked with me and were able to get me the deal I wanted. They knew I have been shopping around for awhile and was not getting anywhere but they were able to help me out and not make me go outside my budget! Thanks again !!
