My experience at Elite Acura was markedly pleasant compared to dealing with other dealerships in my recent purchase of my 2018 Acura RDX. Joe Ditro is a true professional, very friendly and knowledgable. He put me in touch with Giovanni Paparo who immediately treated me like a valuable customer, not only a potential sale. He brought the car of my choice to sales area and gave me the key so that I could sit in the car despite my telling him I did not need to test drive the car, as I had done so previously. He shepherded me through the entire process with kind and patient expertise and remained with me until the purchase was complete, including payment and paperwork. He then walked me out to my car telling me to call him at anytime, should I have questions or concerns. I found this personalization above anything I experienced buying cars in the past. Lastly, I want to commend Sung Kim for his expert and efficient handling of the payment/paperwork process and for his kindness and patience as well.

When I inquired via telephone about end of lease options I spoke to Giovanni and set an appointment to visit the Elite Acura dealership. Giovanni answered all my questions in a professional manner and informed me that he wanted to earn my business. Without any haggling we worked out a deal and I drove off the lot in my new 2018 TLX.
