Nick my sales consultant was absolute aces.

Nick my sales consultant was absolute aces. I’ve been looking to get a RDX for months and had to wait til my house closed. Nick was patient and kept in touch for about 3 months. He was professional and considerate. Mark the sales manager made the numbers easy, no xx, great 1st pencil. Basically the sales team was like hitting a trifecta at the Kentucky derby. The only issue I had was with finance dept. Finance employee was by far the worst person I’ve ever dealt with in my life of buying cars. Didn’t stand up to greet me, no emotion, no explanations, just point and sign. Basically a robot, borderline rude. Overall still 5 stars for sales as finance being devoid of human feeling doesn’t negate an overall great experience.
