Hands down, Pat is the guy!

Hands down, Pat is the guy!! Beyond excellent customer service skills. I have been coming here for over 7 years and have always had a great experience. These are the pros and they always take great care and handle my cars as if they were their own cars. This is the level of service that makes me keep purchasing Acuras.

Usually great experience but this time the call center

Usually great experience but this time the call center confirmed a loaner but apparently they have wrong info, we need to check with the dealer directly? Strange, so stayed versus drove to work. They did schedule it asap and only took an hour
