If I could give zero stars I would.
If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a 2011 traverse from them in march of 2023. When we went in we explained we need a good reliable vehicle. My husband has stage 4 cancer and worked so hard for months to save up so we could have something safe and explained that to the owner we travel to iowa city from des Moines often. It didnt even take 2 months for it to start breaking down. We had to have the AC repaired and heat shield making a senor bad on the car costing over $1500. Repairing this and purchase price cost me close to $9000. Then in August I was told by multiple shops it needed a new motor. We were lucky enough for our community to rally around us to raise $5000 but were a bit short for total repair cost. The engine repair cost around $7500. We went in and talked to his worker and he said the owner might be willing to help get parts and labor at his price to help us because they get discounted parts and labor. That must have been something he said to get us to leave or it had to be a joke. The owner called us and because I had driven it 7000 miles they are not willing to help. He didnt care that we are a struggling family that now has no transportation because they sell junk cars. Now I could see if I had had it for over a year or even 6 months. I now see why there are still cars in the lot that were there when I purchased my car back in march and why the price here is so much lower then other dealerships like Toms auto sales. I love toms and will never stray away again. atleast they make sure the vehicles they sell are in good working condition and are willing to help if something goes wrong in a short period of time. This place is a joke. Do not buy from here. Its not like we were asking him to pay for the repair but his own employee said he gets discounts on parts and the person he uses for repairs also gives them discounts for the amout of business they give the shop. Beware!!!

On Saturday July 15th I went to the store to look few cars I was interested for. I liked one of the cars and I negotiated with the dealer that on Monday 17th I would like to have a mechanic evaluating this car. He allowed me to perform a pre-purchase evaluation and I gave him $100 in advance as a proof of a serious offer. On Monday I took the car to the workshop and unfortunately, they found a lot of problems in the car (mainly in the transmission side) which made me to decline from the purchase. I took the car back to the car shop and I presented the report to the dealer explaining the reasons behind my decision for not buying the car. He would like to negotiate a warranty on the items mentioned in the report but I did not few myself safe to deal. The items were showing problems that would come in the medium term and the warranty would be limited. After few minutes both sides were convinced about it and I asked for my $100 back. The dealer informed me that he would not refund me because I had the car for the day and he lost the opportunity to sell it for other interested people. I told him that it was not fair because I was not informed before about this. From my standpoint we both assumed the risk upon the mechanic evaluation and I was not willing to lose $100. I left the report to the dealer and told him that it was very bad. I was sad to hear and see that there are people that work in this way nowadays. He lost a very good and serious customer and I paid $100 for nothing.

Love my "new" used jeep patriot
It was a fantastic buying experience. Brady in particular was very responsive, patient and kind. And I was even buying from out of state. I couldn't be happier with pricing, the service, and value.

Judged by appearance
Definitely got judged by the book when I asked if they did test drives, their response was "Only if you plan on financing" Maybe I'm crazy, but if I'm looking at buying a car, I clearly either have the money already or have a plan on getting the money. Nice cars, won't be returning after that experience though

Very knowledgeable and fair
Very knowledgeable and fair. I went to about 10 different places to drive cars and I could tell they knew more about the cars they were selling than anyone else I talked to. They will be my first stop any time I shop for a car in the future.

Don’t Buy from Here
My boyfriend and I went to this dealership and had to wait five or ten minutes before anyone came out and greeted us even though I called ahead to say about when I would be there. The dealership is very small and does not seem very well kept. Their front window has a very large crack in it that is held together with packing tape. There’s also a cracked hole in the window of the door going to their shop. The man working there just gave us the keys to the car I came to view and told us it was out back which I thought was very odd. Upon finding the car, we noticed it had quite a few small dents and dings that were not shown on the listing or mentioned anywhere on the website (as did most of the cars on their lot). When I opened the door of the car I was immediately hit in the face with the stench of cigarette smoke. The fact that this car had obviously been owned by a previous smoker was not mentioned on their website or the listing either. The interior of the car was quite dirty and had leaves and other debris all over the floor. We handed the keys back and the man asked for our price range and showed us another car. This one had a slightly less dirty interior that smelled like cigarette smoke trying to be masked by heavy perfume. After these two cars we decided that this was definitely not the place I would be buying a car.

Shame on u for scamming a 20 year old into a higher...
Shame on u for scamming a 20 year old into a higher payment than what he told u he could afford. Shame on you 4 not allowing him to take the vehicle to his mechanic to b looked over. The 20 year old tried 2 take vehicle back to u the following business day and u dont accept them back. What happened to satisfaction guarantee?! Shady business here for trying 2 deny a damage disclosure on a year 2017 out of state truck. It's a requirement.

Feel like it was a bait and switch situation
I had emailed about a specific SUV that was listed as a great deal and when I got to the lot it had " been sold the day before", it was still listed a week later. The sales guy was nice and they had a lot more cars than I thought they would.
