Although the Dodge 2010 Wheelchair van was not in stock when I was looking to purchase 6 months ago Rich told me he could have one readied for me in a short time. In a short while he had purchased a low mileage van and had turned it over to the conversion shop that they use. About three weeks later I was presented with the van. The cost savings as compared to new wheelchair vans was substantial. The trademark Q-straint system for securing the wheelchair/s in the van is easy to operate and gives you the peace of mind that your loved ones are truly secured in the event of an accident. Have been using this van for 6 months + and have no regrets. Well done Rich and Jeff and all the other people involved at Rich's Automotive.

I recently purchased a 2011 Ford F150 pick-up truck from Rich's Auto. Both Rich and Jeff were extremely helpful in locating the truck with exactly the features I was looking for - low mileage, super crew, tow package, etc. The truck looked like new when I took delivery. I couldn't be happier with the transaction and their professionalism.

Jeff was great, it was a snowy Saturday morning he had the car waiting for us to test drive we drove it and liked and an purchased the following Monday in and out 15 mins top. Very nice people to work with.

stopped by the other week. to look for a cargo van and they had a van just like i had before it got totaled. i looked at 4 other vans before stopping at Rich's and i must say they had the nicest cargo vans. not all beat up like most you find. Thank You. buy the way the van runs great.

stopped in to look around for a car for my son and found a lot of nice car's that fit his budget. we ended up driving one home the same day. my son was happy that they let him make up his mind with out any pressure.

I woke up to a dead battery this morning and had to jump it to get my car to start. When I got to work I left the car running and called Rich's Automotive in Reading PA to see if they could pop a new battery in while I waited. I knew they would because I've had great service there in the past and take all of our family cars there for service. Rich's will be the first dealer I go to when I am in the market for a used vehicle.

i must say this is best car buying experience my wife and i ever had. we drove in and drove out in our new used car in under a hour. we will be back for a truck soon.
