Terran Jackson did an excellent job in selling me my new Honda CRV Hybrid Sport L. He answered all of my questions and if there was something he wasn't sure of he found it out for me. He was very professional and continuously asked me if I had any other questions he could answer for me or anything else he could help me with. I appreciate his knowledge of the job and the vehicle and I would definitely recommend him for future sales.

You all are a really phenomenal team! Honestly I was dreading going into any dealership, and much to my complete surprise I had so much fun with Theo, Seth, Jessica, Gage and Kobe buying my new CRV hybrid and I absolutely LOVE it!!!!! I was surprised about how personal and enjoyable the experience was from Theo's warm welcome, frank honesty, and care, to Seth's knowledge and person-ability. At one point my daughter came in and Theo offered her a seltzer, he told me after that he bought the little fridge and seltzer's with his own money ( this was his first week on the job!) to make his customers feel comfortable, and we did really feel care about! Jessica spent some valuable time talking me through information about the car and process, she offered great information and genuine guidance in my process. Seth literally went above and beyond in EVERY step, he is amazing! He even came out as I was driving away to set up and personalize all of my car settings, something he easily could have skipped. Seth is extremely thoughtful, helpful, and knowledgable! Gage at the end helped me to find a way to actually buy the car when I was really in the decision making phase. I really appreciated his honesty and energy, and felt he was on my side helping me find the best options for me. Kobe was extremely skilled, knowledgeable, honest and fair in helping me get set up with the right warrantee options which I feel really good about. I had an old CRV that I loved and drove for many years and have to say after owning my brand new CRV hybrid for just a few days I am having SO much fun with it, I have never been so excited about a car as I am now! Thank you Corwin Team for truly helping me when I was SO skeptical about using a dealership - you all are really special, thank you!!

I had a great experience here.
I had a great experience here. Terran was my salesman and he was amazing. He wasn't pushy and gave us time to talk everything out and make the decision to buy the car. We also worked with Gage and Monte and they were also great. I've purchased many cars and this was by far the best experience I have had.

Was told I was financed for 15 k when I got screwed for
Was told I was financed for 15 k when I got screwed for 20 k , don't trust the papers you will hafta sign, the car only sells for 10 k on KBB in good condition they didn't even clean or repair when brought back in AND AFTER THEY SCREWED ME THEY STILL WANT INFORMATION FROM ME THEY SHOULD HAVE HAD THEY DAY I GOT THE CAR.

I was misinformed by the service technician that was
I was misinformed by the service technician that was assigned to me. So now I don’t know what I should believe. He said I needed a power steering flush and showed me a picture of what power steering fluid looks like in a car mines age. The funny thing is in July of 2024 I had a new pump and hose put on at your dealership, along with other things. I was satisfied with that technician and was sorry to hear he was no longer there. Unfortunately now that I have been misinformed and lied to like I was just a woman who knew nothing! It was demeaning to say the least!

After more than 25 years of giving Corwin our business,
After more than 25 years of giving Corwin our business, our recent experience with Corwin will be our last. Aug 15, 2024, we brought our vehicle in for a repair before taking a road trip. A noise increased as we traveled resulting in an emergency 3 hour wait in a Honda dealership in Utah where we learned that the Corwin mechanic had not properly completed the repair. On our return to Montana we visited Corwin to ask for reimbursement for expenses. By Oct. no refund check had arrived, so a second visit to Corwin was made. The service manager lost the copy of the paperwork he requested from my husband and no check was issued. He again requested paperwork. By this point I had sat in Corwin's lobby over 2 hours waiting for the original repair, waited over 3 hours in Utah to get the noise checked out and now made two visits to Corwin, checking on the refund. We would have remained customers had the spirit of the manager been understanding and apologetic. Rather than offering an apology, he made an excuse for the incomplete repair by blaming it on new, young, mechanics who are just learning along with a comment that everyone wants something for nothing. Customer service is everything and particularly when negligence and inconvenience are experienced. To be treated with an uncaring attitude and rudeness after so much of my time was wasted and to be accused of wanting something for nothing, rather then taking responsibility for the mistake was extremely frustrating
