I asked to see a car and Todd set up an appointment for the next evening. On my way to the appointment, they sold the car! No apologies. Probably used... me as a sale tactic to sell to the other buyer (“We actually have someone coming in right now!”). Very unprofessional, very disappointing, will not be buying from this dealership. Definitely not from TODD!!!!
I bought my car from them and have all my service work done there, such as repairs, oil changes etc. The service department is excellent and takes very... good care of my car and very courteous folks to deal with.

Rich, Len and Todd made the buying process informative, professional and courteous. We found the Subaru we wanted; it had just come in from shipment and... the car was ready at the appointed time the next day for delivery. Rich walked us through the paperwork process with ease; Len did a great job pointing out the specifics of the vehicle from the technical perspective and Todd made the final paperwork process smooth and respectful. A great dealership. This is our second Crosstrek; the former being a hybrid version. Cheers to a very well staffed and efficient dealership.

Searched two weeks for a specific Subie. Was running out of steam and ended up chatting online with a rep to see if SoL had the trim package I was looking... for. It wasn't in their inventory but 15 min later I got a call from TODD, sales rep, he tracked one down that had just come in on their truck!! He got it in the inventory, ready to drive, and our paper work done practically over night!!! Mind you, we contacted them at 5PM... Came in, Len walked us through every feature (SUBIES ARE LOADED NOWADAYS), ran through Finance with Zach and took our new baby home!!! Its PERFECT, They're PERFECT

From the salesman to... the general manager, we found them to be courteous and professional. There was no pressure to buy the car. They gave us all the information we needed and the transactions were completed in a timely manner.

I had been putting off shopping for a new/used car for years because I had heard all the horror stories about pushy sales staff, price-gouging, haggling,... surprise add-ons, etc. But when an accident totaled my old car, I knew I couldn't avoid it any longer! I started by poring through all types of online specs and reviews because I was still too intimidated to approach a dealer directly. Finally I contacted a handful of dealerships about my shortlist of cars, and the difference between Subaru of Loveland and the others became instantly clear. Unlike the majority of internet sales managers I spoke or emailed with, Paul Waldorf listened carefully, was extremely patient and showed a real willingness to be flexible around my needs—never giving the impression that he needed to get me on a schedule of get me off the phone. We exchanged emails and coordinated visits for a test drive and a follow-up, and in every interaction he was friendly and courteous, understanding and accommodating, and most of all very laid back. I never felt like he was trying to pressure me to choose a new car over a used one, or a Subaru over another model of trade-in, or an extended warranty or any add-ons; he gave me lots of options but I always felt that my decisions were my own! The final sale was simple and straightforward, every question I had was answered, and the maintenance department has already earned my confidence by taking care of me like royalty. All of my fears and preconceived notions about what it would be like to buy from a dealership were systematically eliminated throughout my relationship with Subaru of Loveland, and if I ever have to replace this car (which I already love very much), I won't go anywhere else!
