Be aware

Buyers be aware. Take vehicle to be inspected buy a trusted garage of choice. Like all dealerships. Helpful and kind to grab your attention and make a sale. I purchased a vehicle and just before first payment engine went and needs replacing. Engine was 3 quarts low with dirty oil. Sounds like oil was never changed. So make sure to check oil before buying. Was told it was changed when I bought it and after engine went. Dealership also had my car for a period of time doing repairs on body but also things that never should have it allowed it to pass inspection. But that period of time was about 10days. Thats 10 days I didn't drive it. So really the car was on in driveway about 20days and didn't drive it everyday because I liked to drive it on nice days and I have a truck as well. So dealership said they would get engine at there cost and a deal on labor. I lost it. Who wouldn't. It should be covered and taken care of. They stick to oil was changed. I added to quarts of oil at gas station because engine was knocking and oil wasn't reading on dip stick. Dealership says engine was a quart low and no way I added oil bc oil was dirty. Oil was dirty because whatever used oil was in it mixed in with new. They also said oil was down a quart. So oil level still a quart low after I put 2 in to make it home. So maybe 15 times of driving. Most of it very short drives and 3 quarts low on oil on what they say brand new oil? No way oil was changed or there was a big problem from the moment I bought the car. Not long before the engine went I also contacted owner saying I started up the car and there was blue smoke for a few seconds. He said thats normal not a problem. But after saying something to the service manager when the motor went she said she would have told me to bring the car in asap. So mistakes were made. No oil change is my belief. Or if they did then it lost 3 quarts of oil in a very short amount of time with no oil leaking. Definitely someone didn't change oil. . Just pay attention and have a different shop look the car over

This experience much better then the first time around The crew made it so easy to purchase a nice used car I had to do nothing but show up to get the car

Worst experience!

Bought a car that turned out to have a bad engine which I realized within a week or so of buying. Classic Auto did nothing to make the situation right. Buyer beware!

Amazing Experience

We recently purchased a truck from Classic Auto Exchange. I can honestly say that this was the first experience we have had where it was completely stress free. Boomer answered all of our questions, had a few things with the vehicle taken care of without hesitation, and more importantly was easy going and personable. The vehicle we purchased was in great shape (inside and out). We feel confident that we made a great decision in purchasing this vehicle from Classic Auto Exchange. Thank you!

Second vehicle purchase

I had been looking for sometime for a work truck, after much research I found one at Classic Auto Exchange. After my purchase I learned that Classic also offers vehicle service which I took full advantage of. It came time to by a new Pick up and headed straight to Classic where I was met by a professional and courteous sales staff. My second purchase was a smooth as my first. I have and will continue to use the repair facility as my “go to” local garage. The Ryan and his guys are top notch. Thanks so much! we will see you soon

Great Tacoma

When I walked into the classic auto exchange I was greeted as if I was one of the family by everyone I met. When I saw my truck I could understand why they sell so many cars each year. They spare no expense to make them very sellable. My overall experience was the best I've ever had. Kim

Worst financial decision I have ever made.

Bought a truck there, less than 10 months later I have paid more than half of the original price, we made a deal they would do all the repairs it needed instead of knocking down the price any, they seemed trust worthy. true if they had done all the repairs it needed they may have broken even, truck should have been scrapped then. the constant maintenance has driven me to cut my losses and I am now looking to trade it in for anything.

Great Cars

Today drove an hour from New York spoke with sales men on the phone was very honest an helped with all my car buying questions this was my second new vehicle I've ever purchased an I would send people over all the staff were great offered drinks an no crap shoot to sell me the car I was interested in. Not pushy like usual sales men!!

Didn't but from them, but would if closer...

I had contacted Zach about a vehicle I was interested in. Zach was willing to work with my on price (not a pushover though). He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and very quick to respond to my questions. I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from him because I found a similar deal closer to home. Nevertheless, compared to many of the other dealers I was in communication with (online), I got the feeling that Zach's outfit was a decent group to work with.

Best Used Auto Experience Yet

First and for most the BEST quality in this dealership is the speed in which they respond to inquiries and questions. Over my buying period a lot was done over phone and emails since I was three hours away from the lot but every time i ever needed anything and EVEN ON OFF DAYS i was responded to within a half hours? time in emails and even sooner on some i mean its amazing the time and effort Zach had set in with me and also got to know me, it was more of purchasing a vehicle from a friend at the end of it than a dealer out to make a dime. The knowledge level from Mike one of the lead mechs on site was very very extensive the guy knows his cars and sure can paint too its quality work all the way around. I had quite a few things i was wanting on the vehicle i picked up (3000GT VR4) and these guys catered to everything that they could and were very open about what they couldn?t and even then offered just the most valuable help even after the car was purchased. As i said i live 3 hours away and were even attempting to try to make arrangements to bring the car back with me 3 HOURS AWAY!! Find a dealer willing to even humor that!! These guys are truly professionals and deserve the 5 star ratings they?ve been getting i would highly recommend working with Classic Auto Exchange to anyone interested in a vehicle on the lot as i said by then end it was more of purchasing from friends than a dealer!!
