Just had my evaporator core replaced under my dash on my 2011 F350. That is pretty aggressive surgery. The Folks at Mathews Ford did a “perfect” job.... Everything works great and I can’t even tell they were there. Staff was professional/friendly/and helpful... especially thanks to Lee in service. Thanks everyone at Mathews for the excellent job. Joe Fansler helped me purchaed a used truck. I had to come after work and it was late when I got there but Joe was helpful and let me drive the truck... several times. The first time I drove it I thought/felt the rear tires were out of balance, but after driving it again it was the road. I needed the very heavy tint from the front windoes and a windshield sun visor removed. After some negotiation, Joe arranged so I did not have to pay for this removal. Good deal. Joe answered all my questions. After ther purchase he synced my phone/bluetooth, contacts, for me to the truck. Coming from an older truck this was new to me. He also spent time showing me how to work the synced radio and other options on the dash. I appreciated he taking the time.

I dealt with D. Wheeler. I gave him my information to see what I could get approved for and I was never afforded the respect of a call back and notification... of results. I placed two calls to him and I got back both times that they are still trying. It doesn’t take three days. I had bought two mustangs from here with great satisfaction but the last two times the service was very poor.

Bought a used 2013 Ford F-150 from Dalton. I wasn't hassled at all and they stayed open late to get the deal done. Highly recommend buying from Matthews... Ford!

They play the typical car salesman games. Will try to sneak any thing they can into the deal. Make you wait to go get manager approval for everything.

King Ranch in service dept 2-3 weeks. They still can’t find the problem and don’t return phone calls. Would not recommend purchasing auto here. What good... is a warranty if service department can’t repair.

Had my F250 6.7 serviced ask for fuel filters oil change tire rotation simple! Got charged 42 $ for exhaust fluid that was filled by me just yesterday... got charged for fluids inspection that they did not do they are 30% higher on everything than any other dealer they are there to rip you off! Thats it!

The salesmen are rude and pushy. They will not take no for an answer and would not give me my keys back after them test driving my car I wanted to trade... in. I finally had to get stern and demand my keys back and once they saw I was leaving they were absolutely the rudest salesmen I’ve ever met. Do not go here!!

Went to buy a 2013 Ford focus used car listed on their website. The dealer was very proactive in fixing an appointment and following up with me about the... timings. Once I arrived he accompanied for the test drive. I was good with the car but wanted a better offer which they were not able to provide. But they tried to make be understand why this is the best deal. The dealer was very cordial and showed me few other cars as well. Though I didnt end up getting the car but will like to go back.
