I am absolutely thrilled with my recent purchase of a 2025 Kia Sorento SX Prestige HEV from Gateway Kia! From the moment I stepped onto the lot, the entire experience was exceptional, and I can't praise them enough. My journey to find the perfect family vehicle led me to Gateway Kia, and I was immediately impressed by their welcoming atmosphere. A special thank you goes to Luiz, who greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine interest in understanding my needs. Luiz greeted me the moment I pulled into the parking lot; I haven't even gotten out of my old car yet! He was incredibly courteous, kind, and remarkably knowledgeable about the Kia Sorento SX Prestige Hybrid. Luiz's expertise was evident as he patiently walked me through all the features of the vehicle, answering every question with clarity and precision. He didn't just try to make a sale; he took the time to ensure I understood everything the Sorento had to offer, from its advanced safety technology to its luxurious interior and powerful performance. He truly made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision. My children loved Luiz! The purchasing process itself was surprisingly fast, easy, and completely stress-free. I'd like to emphasize stress-free. In my past experiences with purchasing a car, I've often felt overwhelmed, but this was the complete opposite. Luiz and the finance team at Gateway Kia were incredibly efficient and transparent. They clearly explained all the options, worked with my budget, and there were absolutely no surprises. The whole experience was enjoyable. It was a refreshing change from the typical car-buying experience, and I truly appreciated their straightforward and honest approach. What truly set Gateway Kia apart was Luiz's dedication to customer satisfaction. He went above and beyond to understand my family's needs and priorities. He listened attentively to my concerns about safety, comfort, and fuel efficiency, and he expertly guided me toward the Sorento SX Prestige HEV, which perfectly met all of our requirements. He even helped me explore different financing options to find the best possible rate. I had an appointment at a different dealership down the road afterwards to view the same car, but i didn't think twice to cancel that other appointment; I chose to purchase from Gateway Kia because of their excellence. The Kia I purchased was the exterior color I wanted (dark interstellar gray exterior, with light gray interior) the Kia down the road had the interior blue seat color I wanted (but with a very light silver exterior, I didn't want a light exterior). I'm extremely happy to have compromised on that because I can't imagine buying a car from somebody else. I wish there are more words to describe how amazing the entire Gateway Kia team is. I hope this review exemplifies how outstanding my experience was with this dealership. Now, driving my brand-new Kia Sorento SX Prestige is an absolute dream! I'm so happy with all the features – the panoramic sunroof, the premium sound system, the comfortable leather seats, and the advanced driver-assistance systems. I feel incredibly safe and secure on the road, knowing that my family and I are protected by the Sorento's cutting-edge safety technology. It's a fantastic vehicle that exceeds all my expectations, and I'm so grateful to Luiz and the entire team at Gateway Kia for making this such a positive and memorable experience. [Long story short, the car is great.

[Long story short, the car is great. The salesman was great. It was supposed to be a fast easy, stress-free environment from the outset. It was, until I discovered finance guy charged me a couple thousand dollars in warranties I told him several times I did NOT want]. Finance Guy was not transparent. His misconducts are, frankly, ridiculous and wholly misaligned with any company vision that claims customer satisfaction and centricity as a top priority. He caused all this, and made me even more angrier when I talked to him on the phone yesterday. He escalated the situation, refused to respond to my emails, and failed to suggest any resolutions to mend his collosal screw up. I still don't understand why your finance guy put through those extra warranties while deliberately disregarding my repeated refusal. If I find the need to visit your dealership one day in the far future, I might, as long as there's someone else in the finance department who can understand what the word "NO" means. A big thank you to the general manager who generously took an hour out of his day to explain everything and to help me reach a resolution. His intervention was the only positive experience I've encountered post-sale. Now I can sleep and enjoy my memorial Day weekend. My review will revert back to 5 stars, as soon as the money (plus tax) I was wrongfully charged and rightfully owed appears on my bank statement. See my full review of Gateway Kia on Google.

Anaya, Mike and Tony were very helpful in getting this purchase a good experience. Mike & Anaya worked with me over text while most text message buyers are spam. Mike is knowledgeable and quick to answer questions. Mike provided straight price avoiding unnecessary dealership dramas. Tony had the SUV ready before we arrived. If I'm buying another Kia, I'll go straight to this dealership. I'll happily refer these guys to my friends & family even though they are far away from my location. Because they are worth to work with..
