My wife and I went in looking for a Subaru. We originally wanted an Impreza but upon seeing the amazing selection she decided she liked the Outbacks better. Our rep, Bill was a truly friendly guy; personable, funny, and charming. He didn't try to push us into more expensive options- in fact, he actually suggested cheaper options than cars that we looked at. He let us test drive as many as we wanted and really helped us consider all the models. We had an older VW that wasn't doing great and Bill was able to get us very fair trade-in value for the car. Later that day we had an '04 Outback that we were really happy with. As an aside- the car seemed to have a battery issue a few days after purchase, so we called Norm's and they immediately took the car in and swapped the battery. Excellent service and care for customers! Thanks guys!

I totaled my van and when I showed up at the dealership to pick one to replace it I was introduced to Billy. He was happy to help me with the insurance process on my old car and then went on to assist in purchasing a new one. He took all the time needed and I never felt pressure of any kind. He listened to my needs and respected my budget. The entire process was done over a couple of days and I could not be happier with my purchase and the entire staff @ Norm's !

I visited Norm's used cars and met Billy...a very nice used car dealer. He listened intently, pointed out a few interesting things to educate me in my search. He was a great listener and note taker and only showed me cars I specifically asked for. He promised to search for what I am looking for and will keep in touch. I was very very happy with his style and will go back there as soon as they have an SUV that fits my criteria.
