Slow check in. Slow check out. In for Oil change and vehicle check. Came out with car alerting me of obstruction when no obstruction Video sent was fine but I don’t care about a video. V expensive.

Nice sales reps and nice service staff.

Nice sales reps and nice service staff. But if you're considering buying a "used" BMW, don't do it! Please don't do it. Even if you get one with low miles as I did, you'll be repairing that car every year for as long as you own it.

We wish we could prevent all repairs for our customers, but even if we could inspect every square inch of a car, this could still happen because a part is working until it isn’t, and if it is an internal component, then we wouldn’t know without disassembling the engine. Kyle and his staff made sure to provide accurate assessment and cost to our Mini-Cooper. Everyone at the dealership was kind and professional. I received a courtesy ride back home when I had to attend an important meeting. Awesome staff!! Awesome dealership. I told Kyle personally that he earned our business and expect to be working with Yark BMW in the future. Thank you Kyle!!
