    THE SERVICE IS AWESOME AND THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY! Every dealership need to follow BMW foot steps. I loved my car. I hate I had to trade it..

    The staff completely made up for the delay and mistake in ordering the wrong headrest. Provided me with a nice loaner and offered to install a software... update & subwoofer at no cost.

    I stopped by JUST to look, and ended up taking a test drive and falling in love with a car!! My Sales Rep, Zeke, took me on the test drive of a lifetime... (if you have never test-driven a BMW, you definitely should!). The sales process was smooth and quick, and they treated me like royalty from start to finish. I must add that I was buying a Certified Used car, but felt I got the same attention as someone buying a much more expensive car! Once I was finished signing my paperwork, Luis (Sales Director) told me he was throwing in two huge extras that I was not expecting! I sincerely can not say enough about how awesome the entire team is at Sewell BMW!! It’s refreshing to go to a dealership that truly treats you like they value your business!

    Customer service for service department is awful!! You have to call at least twenty times to try to get someone on the phone and you can leave as many... messages as you’d like, they’ll NEVER call back. Service always takes hours/days longer then they say it will. Would never recommend this service department to anyone.

    I went to the BMW for service recently and was first greeted by a representative who is french (unfortunately don't know his name) but he was extremely... approachable, likable, friendly, and helpful. Very good service from him. I was also helped by one of the employees named Sai. Very friendly and helpful the whole time. Sadly, I received very poor service from Julie Thompson. I never like to throw people under the bus by name like that but she responds to the customer in an aggressive manner - very defensive, does not seem interested at all in actually helping you solve the problem. Not helpful and just not friendly.. I saw how she also spoke to one of the employees and it was with a very harsh tone. Unfortunately, this is the only BMW in Midland but if I have an opportunity to travel somewhere close by for my next service, I will. I'd rather drive a bit farther than have to work with Julie and be treated poorly for no reason.
