We needed urgent service for our BMW X3 and came down from St Augustine. I cannot say enough good things about Brandon Barnsback our service advisor. His calm demeanor as he sprang into action with a plan to address the situation allayed our anxieties and we felt relieved that we were in his capable hands. He kept us informed and handled everything professionally. He is personable and customer service smart by explaining everything so there are no surprises. One of the best experiences in solving a car problem that we have had over the years. We will return to Fields.

Don't use Field's Daytona Beach
No loaner cars available, at a car dealership. Really. I had an issue with my front end alignment, when I called them they didn't know to mention much bmw's have negative camber. Yet discount tire did. Shameful... when I mentioned it the guy at fields had some kind of excuse. I asked them to check the plastic transmission Under carriage covering and he said it was gonna be $250 to fix. I took it to a local shop and it was a $5 bolt . More shameful BS from fields BMW. Makes me never want to buy another bmw again.

Just had the 10K mileage service performed.
Just had the 10K mileage service performed. How easy. Service advisor (David) greeted us, took the car while we had an omelette. Then provided a shuttle for us to the Tanger Mall. Kept us informed while the car was serviced and when complete. Had a driver pick us when we were done shopping so we could pick up our car. Now who wouldn’t love an experience like that? Only reason they get 5 stars is because I can’t giv’em 10!!!!!
