The staff is VERY responsive to my needs from the 1st

The staff is VERY responsive to my needs from the 1st phone call to pick up of my repaired vehicle. Getting into a loaner vehicle was never easier as it was waiting for me when I arrived. Great Job Kuni!

No matter where you live in Oregon, Matt Ganotis at Kuni

No matter where you live in Oregon, Matt Ganotis at Kuni BMW is a great contact for buying a BMW. He is a pleasant and professional client advisor who excelled in many timely communications by phone, text, and e-mail. He answered all my questions about the car, options, and finance. Matt was especially helpful in explaining the line by line details of pricing and finance, and is easier to understand than BMWUSA or even the dealership finance paperwork. Though I live far from Beaverton, I find Kuni to be a good potential location to purchase because of their large inventory. But most of all, I would visit them in confidence that Matt would make the process as easy and honest as possible. There is a reason his customer reviews are the highest.

Amazing car buying experience!

Purchased “unlimited oil changes”.

Purchased “unlimited oil changes”. Then booked a second oil change, drove an hour to get to the dealer and they tell me it’s not actually unlimited it’s just 4 for the price of 2 and my next one isn’t due. So basically can’t trust them. Last BMW I ever buy.

You purchased the BMW oil maintenance program that provides free oil changes for up to 3 years, based on the vehicles oil change needs (which is either every year or around every 10k miles, which ever comes first). That means, depending how many miles and how you drive, you qualify for at least 3 oil changes and possibly more, if you drive a lot of miles each year. The entire team I worked with at Kuni was fantastic.

The entire team I worked with at Kuni was fantastic. The transaction was flawless all around. What stood out to me, I came in unannounced, like a sneak attack one day, on one of the busiest days of the year, Dec. 30, to show my daughter the rig we were purchasing. The person at the front desk area let me know Jay was in and he'd call/text him to let him know I was there. Not more than 5 minutes later, Jay shows up and he was incredibly helpful, very understanding and happy to see us. Even though he was slammed, he took the 3 minutes to come out and give us the keys to go check out the car. He easily could have said 'no, I'm busy, it's the busiest day of the year, can I come back when we're free.' But instead it was pleasant, 'here are the keys, go check it out, I'm happy to see you!' Upon final purchase of the rig, it had an empty tank of gas, Jay got his team to go fill it up and we left with a full tank of gas for a suburban. Yes, a Suburban at a BMW dealership and we were treated as if we were purchasing a brand new BMW. The trade-in process was just as easy. We looked at our trade in, discussed some numbers and we approved what was discussed. Overall, 5 star treatment and process.

I was in the middle of a deal for a used X5 with a

I was in the middle of a deal for a used X5 with a deposit made on Tues. I was only waiting for the mandated by the dealership 3rd party inspection which was scheduled for the following Tuesday, when I get a call from the sales rep who was about to drop off the X5 stating that someone sold the car over the weekend. How is it possible that a sales manager allow a vehicle that already has a deposit on it with a deal in the works be sold to someone else after a deposit for the said car was already made. Would not recommend this dealership.
