If Jody is your advisor, beware. He is the subject of majority of Roadshow BMW complaints. I discovered this while documenting my own complaints. Long story short he will remove parts from your car and replace them with older non-functional parts then tell you that your vehicle was like that unpon arrival. He stole my headlight and tried to convince me that it was like that upon arrival. I have cameras on my house and I had photos of my car prior to my service. Jody is not honest and will stop at nothing to gain a few extra dollars on service jobs. He often uses the same scenarios. He will tell you that you need struts when you don't. He often tells people that their healdights were not functional and need an entirely new assembly not just a bulb. He actually switched my headlight with one that did not match the original. It wa a totally different color. I have informed the service manager and the general manager. I have requested an investigation. I was told by the general manager that "I will take no further action." She did give me a refund for my services (not involving a light fixture) due to my bad experience but refused to look into this employee. I am still stuck with repairing the damages this advisor caused to my vehicle. Also, if you have ever visited Roadshow and ended up with a railroad spike in your tire, it is not a coincidence. Avoid this place at all costs. I would never want anyone to lose their job or bear false witness to anyone's character. It is NOT SAFE to have your vehicle serviced at Roadshow BMW. You have been warned.

Making everything RIGHT
This was my first purchase from Roadshow, and it was online. I could not get by to inspect this vehicle and purchased it sight unseen. The car was beautiful, exactly as described. If anything, it was nicer than described. My only hiccup was a title issue that popped up, but Karen L. and the Roadshow team made everything RIGHT!

Hands down all about sales not the customer!
Nothing more to say but they’re all about sales. Infiniti of Memphis will go above and beyond, not this place. The sales guys will not attempt to provide help or give professional advice.

Bad experience
Just had the worse experience at Roadshow BMW. After sitting in waiting area for almost 2 hours after making an appointment for exactly what I needed 48 hours ago- a new tire on back right side - I was told they did not have the tire in stock! Pam took the appt and I shared the exact size tire needed. Clearly, no one did the due diligence over a 2 day period to see if the tire was available and then I had to sit for 2 hours once there to find this out. The good news - I got 5 reminders about my appt on automated text system...but no service. Unbelievable.

This review is for the service department!! Car came in with starter problem and I picked it up and drove off only to find out my radio doesn't work!! I return and let them know my radio doesn't work. They check it out and Jody brings me all these so call codes the car is flagging. I'm a 100 % sure my radio was working when I towed it in for repair. Then had the nerve to try to charge me $140 to look at it. First and last time I let these guys touch any of my cars. STAY AWAY!!! These guys are all about the money!! I felt it the very first time I shook his hand and he opened his mouth!!! I'm talking about JODY!!! Didn't try to work with me or anything!! Just leave you high and dry!! I will be contacting cooperate very un-professional and don't expect no compassion either!!!

USED BMW
An incredible purchasing experience!! If you want a used BMW, go to ROADSHOW BMW and speak to Michael. He's professional and knowledgeable. The overall experience was simple and smooth. The cool part is picking up your new car....it sits in a glass room, backed in. You get in, they open the double doors and you drive out of the glass room! Michael explained all of the features, which made the Bimmer easy to operate. I will purchase another vehicle for ROADSHOW BMW!!!

Horrible service
I towed my 5 series due to a module problem to the dealership. They gave me an estimate of $2500. I declined the service and towed my car back to my house called a friend he bought the same module for $6 ( yes just $6) and the car started right away and drives excellent. Be careful and think three times before you take your business to the service department.

Not a very good experience
I had a below average experience at Roadshow BMW. My wife and I went to the dealership at 10:00 a.m. on a Friday to look at a used car that I had seen online. We parked in front of the dealership and started walking around their lot and found the car. We liked what we saw and started waiting for a salesman to come help us. After about 15 mins we walked inside the dealership and stood inside the entrance thinking someone would notice us and we'd get some help. No such luck. Well, after a few mins we went back outside and stood by the car we wanted to test drive and were thinking "really???" That we couldn't get any help. They didn't seem all that busy to me which is the baffling part. After a few more mins I told my wife that this is ridiculous and we started walking back to our car to leave, and as we were almost to our car a salesman came out and introduced himself. We test drove the car. I liked that "Tom" gave us the keys and let us go by ourselves and said to take our time. We liked the car and when we got back after just a few mins of asking some information about it we said we liked it and would like to purchase it. The car was already priced well and we didn't bother to offer any less and just agreed with their asking price. So, now I was becoming pressed for time because I had to be at work in the afternoon, and with it taking so long to get someone to help us I told Tom that I was running short on time and he said no problem and that I could just leave them a deposit for the car and pick it up the next day, or even the next week. I said sounds good. Tom left to talk to the finance guy and to charge the deposit on our visa. I got up a few mins later and walked over to where the two of them were talking to confirm that the deposit would count as a down payment. Here's where this whole transaction took a nose dive. The finance guy sat there and told me he wanted me to do the paperwork "Now". I said that's not what Tom and I agreed to, and he said him and Tom had another agreement. I then asked if he was concerned I wouldn't come back. He said "No, but that he had several other people in the dealership wanting that car and he wants it gone today". I didn't even reply to that because I didn't believe it to be true, and I simply turned around and walked back over to get my wife to leave and go buy a car somewhere else another time. My wife convinced me to stay and finish things. Tom came and said he worked it out with the finance guy and we could stick to our original plan of coming back. Which is what we did. If it hadn't been for Tom and his professionalism and good demeanor we would have left after the way I was treated by the finance guy and never gone back. Maybe he was having a bad day, who knows, but I do know that with the length of time it took for someone to help us, and then the treatment and disrespectful tone and attitude I got from the finance guy I can't rate this dealership any higher then average, and that's being somewhat generous. We did go back and pick up the car the next day, and thankfully had a different finance guy (chip) who was very quick and nice.
