I got a tune-up yesterday Wednesday, April 8, 2026 on my 750iX BMW, 2018. on arriving home i looked under the hood and notice some tools left behind by the mechanic, and the top cover for the engine was loose, and wires was exposed, the car idling a bit rough. called the service advisor.

This dealership has virtually zero post-sale customer service. It took me over 2.5 months and 20 hours of my time to get my car properly the registered in Florida. Staff in the dealership wouldn't give me the courtesy of a call back. I also emailed and visited the dealership personally asking for help. I would love to speak to the general manager at Roadshow and BMW corporate about the inaction of this dealership post-sale to help me facilitate properly registering the car. This is my 3rd BMW and the last one I will buy or lease from them.

I purchased a new BMW on June 24th, a week later I received a letter from FedEx to sign and return ASAP as someone wrote the wrong odometer reading and could not process my tags. I keep waiting on tags… 6 weeks later I receive an email from my sales person stating they STILL need proofs of residence from me…WTH this was the first notice I ever received of needing any information from me. I was nice and I sent it. I also sent it the manager, she replied “we need proofs” so I sent it to her. At this point I’m furious. Over a week later she claims they never got either email that I replied to from them! Worst customer service ever!!! I told them I would go get my tags myself, but stated I could not. I honestly believe they are doing this on purpose. I don’t think I’ll ever get any tags and my temporary tag is about to expire. If I ever desire to purchase another BMW I will definitely drive to Nashville. Memphis is horrible, customer service sucks as they lie to you constantly. I would not recommend anyone buying from there.

The buying process was easy and low stress. I was never pressured to buy any of the extras like warranties or service contracts. My options were presented but I was never pressured. Everyone was friendly and I was treated the way a customer should be treated. I could definitely tell that they value cultivating relationships with their customers instead of trying to make a buck in the short term.

I didn’t have a positive experience with them. .I took my vehicle in for an oil change and a standard yearly check up. The salesman talked me into buying a battery I probably didn’t need but, that was not a problem at first. I purchased the things you used to place on the end where you pumped air into your tires. I asked the salesman to put them on for me and bring me my old ones. He brought me back 4 brown ends. I told him they were not mine because mine are green. He walked out to my vehicle with me. I had to prove to him he had made a mistake. He asked me, “ARE YOU SURE THIS IS YOUR VEHICLE?” I was stunned. So, I asked him to show me proof that he installed the new battery. Of course he said something to the effect where the battery was located and I thought he’s making an excuse not to prove to me that he installed my new $350 battery. I left thinking that he probably put the battery in the other vehicle and I have not been back since. I kept silent about the situation until I called about canceling an appointment about a recall and the young man was rude. Now, maybe they understand why I don’t trust them.
