I was in the process of purchasing a used truck and found one listed on this site for sale by Cire Leasing. I called the business on a Monday and spoke with Mary Jo, who indicated she was the owners wife. I told her which truck I wanted to see and told her I wanted to drive rather far to see it. She indicated that Monday was not a good time because she was preparing for an auction the next day and that she would be away on Tuesday also. As a result, we agreed we would meet at the business location at 4PM on Wednesday. She also agreed to send me the CarFax via email. Unfortunately I did not receive the CarFax but drove to the business regardless. It is very difficult to find, the location is industrial and the business shares space with four other addresses in the same building. Upon arrival we found a gentleman who advised us that Mary Jo was upstairs and we proceeded up. We found a locked door and after knocking twice did not receive an answer. We proceeded back downstairs to see if we could find her and/or the vehicle. At that time the same gentleman asked if he could help us find the vehicle. After walking around the building and not finding it amongst the haphazardly parked vehicles he offered to call Mary Jo. After a short conversation he advised us that she wasn't at the business and told us that she had sold the vehicle at the auction the day prior. He also told us that she indicated that she had sent an email advising us the vehicle had been sold. Like the CarFax, I never received any email. After driving 90 miles upon agreement of the owners wife, I was quite disappointed, to put it mildly. Customer service does not appear to be a priority at this business.

Sorry for your experience. We were previously a wholesale dealer and have, as of yesterday began retailing vehicles to the general public. Emailed them from Cars.com and from their own website on a Friday and Sunday. No one ever got back to me. They subsequently sold the vehicle I was interested in and I am sure they knew the deal was under way when I tried to contact them. Having said that, a simple reply notifying me of the situation would have been professional and certainly well received...

Don't seem to care
I would strongly discourage trying to buy from this dealer. Every time I had an interaction they said I would have an answer by the end of the day. It was usually 2-4 days. It took so long to get information of of them that they ended up selling the car I wanted.

2013 Chevy Silverado
Very personable. Great customer service. Location was a bit hard to find at first, but it was nice. I love my new truck. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend. I worked with Steve, and he was a pleasure to deal with throughout the entirety of the car buying process.

Bought a Car from Cire 2 months Ago. Excellent!!!
Bought a 2011 Lincoln, with super low mileage, in excellent condition mechanically and super clean. I think that it may have come off a lease. The price was very reasonable and they took care of all the details in terms of title tags ect. They made it easy. Needless to say, I am very happy and would definitely buy my next car from Cire Leasing.

MY HUSBAND AND I WHERE LOOKING FOR A FORD F-250, 10 - 12 MODEL AND WHEN WE GOT WITH CIRE WE ACTUALLY WHERE ABLE TO PURCHASE A 2013 DIESEL WITH SOME EXTRAS FOR A COMPARABLE PRICE OF MANY DEALERS WE SHOPPED UP AND DOWN THE EAST COAST.
