My Sales & Leasing Consultant Shakir Moore-Ellis provided me with excellent customer service and was extremely helpful in the leasing of my vehicle. He explained everything to me in detail and helped me set up everything inside the vehicle as well. Also my Finance Manager Luis Valdes provided me with excellent customer service and explained everything to me in detail as well. The Manager provided me excellent customer service as well. They all provided me with everything I needed to get on the road with my new vehicle. I will highly recommend this place to everyone

I wish Lakeem and Alex could talk a little slower (LOL)
I wish Lakeem and Alex could talk a little slower (LOL) and maybe think more about how to let first-time buyer understand the whole thing totally, especially price-related. I just found I was not 100% clear about the exact price until I signed everything. It is fine, I understand it is partially our own problem since we were less assertive in all the conversations and either we are less experienced buyer. I will recommend people this place since the work is efficient and staff are responsive enough.
