Preferred Used Cars

I was told they don't allow inpendent test drives. I was told turn right at every stop light(drove maybe 1mile). (Before for driving test)I was asked, why I was in a rental,why does it have out of state plates. Did you wreck you car or did it break down?(after test) They had the nerve to ask me, how'd I like it. I didn't it only turns right!

Process of buying a car there was incredible they are honest respectful and worry more about giving you the car you want NOT how much money they’re going to make. I recommend buying your next car or bike from them.

We purchased a car for my son here this weekend, and the experience was amazing. The best car buying experience I've ever had. The sales guy, Cliff, was not pushy, and both he and the owner were very helpful. They allowed me to take the vehicle to my mechanic for an inspection and agreed to fix the small issue that the car had as a condition of the sale. They also got the paperwork done in record time. I will visit them again when I'm in the market for a used car.

I didn’t have a down payment and they worked with me. 25 minutes later I was in my car that I wanted. Amazing people there.

I went in expecting to purchase a small used vehicle for work. Chris Ashcraft took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a midsize jeep that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked. I needed another car but I didn't know what I wanted. A friend of mine told me to check thse guys out. They have sports cars and trucks and everything in between. I settled on a 2006 GMC Envoy and I love it! I was surprised no hi pressure sales guys wanting to take my Keys. I hate it when salespeople do that!

i read some of the views online about not letting you test drive one of their cars but they are local so i checked it out. They let me drive 2 different trucks the same day. The salesman was super nice and when I mentioned a ding on the back fender he said they would fix that. i bought the truck and took it back like they said and it was fixed in about an hour. i will buy my next truck from them to be sure. Also like there commercials with that girl and sunglasses in it.

Drove two hours to view a car I'd been emailing two sales reps about, neither thought to click the carguru link or CL link attached to the email stating, the car was listed a different price than they wanted. What a joke. Buyers beware. No organization or communication skills. Car seemed a little botchy but expected from a used lot with 10 year old cars.

Stopped by as I am beginning the process of looking for a used car. Everyone was friendly, Joe was very professional and knew his stock, and the buying process. They were very good to deal with and I will definitely recommend to anyone I know looking for a used vehicle.
