They responded quickly.
They responded quickly. However, not willing to come down any from their price. I asked what would their out the door cash price would be. No change from the existing price. They can keep it. Plenty of other dealers willing to make a concession.

My purchased car was exactly as described and as pictured. The advertising was spot on! When I arrived at the dealership, I was met with a smiling face and answered any questions I had. As I was by myself, one of the gentlemen in the office was nice enough to ride with me. The purchase policy was easy & explained well. They have oil change and upkeep services too! Trying to purchase a 70K car
Customer service is the worst that I have ever seen. Was looking for a certain spec vehicle. Came across one on the Select Motor Cars website. I immediately reached out on a Sunday night. Received a text back that the car was at the warehouse in PA and in order to get it to the Deer Park location they wanted me to wire 1k. I told Steven I would put it on a CC and not wire it as I have never done business with them before. He said he would then get the car to NY and with the snow would be delayed. Steven said the car was pristine and almost brand new as it had 2K miles on the vehicle. I was consistently reaching out to Steven about the car and when it would be onsite so I could come down and see it. During this time I already had the check waiting from my credit union and just needed a bill of sale. Saturday night received a text from Steven that the car arrived. I said can I come down on Sunday. He stated they were closed. I said ok how's Monday. He stated we are getting snow. Thats all he said. The next day at 11am I sent a text to Steven saying, Hi Steven are you around I want to come down to see the car. No response for the entire day. Today (Tuesday) I get a text we took a deposit on the car.....Instead of a deposit you could have had a check for the car, but the poor communication and poor customer service lost a customer for ever. This is not the way to do business. My family and friends, some who know the business will be sure to hear about this experience. Thumbs down.

Cliff, I'm sorry you feel this way. We communicated on Saturday afternoon to get you to come down and LOOK at the car. YOU couldn't make it. Sunday we're usually closed. I had a previous commitment and couldn't be there . In addition to that, we had about 10 inches of snow fall thru out Sunday. Monday we were digging out of the blizzard. Cliff ,I told you we had multiple inquires on this vehicle and you had the same opportunity to leave a deposit via wire as we don't take credit cards here. Your apprehension lost you the car not our communication. Cliff was aware of our multiple inquiries on this car, somebody out of state was quicker to buy the car. NOT LOOK at it, as all our conversations went. We pride ourselves in being transparent and honest. Again, I'm sorry you feel the way you do.

I was looking for a Bentley at a reasonable price
I was looking for a Bentley at a reasonable price and in mint condition and found the car of my dreams at Select Motor. The purchase phase was amazingly smooth and fast without any extra fees and hidden surprises. Bravo to Steven for I would like to say that when I began to use my car and heard a suspicious sound which I was not familiar with, a call to Steven resulted in an appointment at Ace Motor at the same day to which I received full information and an actual explanation of the issue. Bravo to Steven and Frank again. I would have future business with Select Motor. Thank you

Excellent Dealer and Car and Buying Experience
I was searching for a late model Acura RDX SH-AWD, and came across a very nice example in Long Island (I'm from Ohio). The salesman Steven was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and helped answer all of my questions, even providing personal cell phone pics of the car before it was officially on their website. The experience/buying process was different than what I had been used to, but all of the things about the car were exactly as stated. The 16 hour trip there and back was well worth it. The RDX was 9 years old but only had 36k miles on it and still smelled and looked new both inside and out. We've gotten many compliments on the car and are extremely pleased with Steven and Select Motor Cars. Highly recommended.
