Dealer sells sub-par equipment and then leaves you hanging when they don’t work. We purchased a new 2022 Mossimo T Boss here. Within a couple of months it would not start. This dealer knows we have no means to move the vehicle, because they delivered it. They wanted $300 just to pick it up for warranty repair and return it. We have had many people look at it and none of them can figure out what is wrong.

Buyer Beware
Previously wrecked salvage title vehicles. Before you buy have the vehicle inspected at a reputable body shop to determine the quality of repairs and safety of the vehicle. The fenders, body panels are repaired with cheap aftermarket parts and painted to look good on the outside. The damage underneath where you can't see is not repaired at all or is of the poorest quality. This affects the safety of the vehicle. Their inspection process is a joke or an outright lie. Do not take their word for it that everything was repaired or that it was repaired correctly. Overpriced for the quality of repairs done on the vehicle.

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with your purchase. Carfax shows that you have wrecked this vehicle twice in the last month (nearly 5 months after purchasing from us.) Despite this, we still offered to have our shop look at your vehicle free of charge to inspect the parts that you are concerned with. You declined our offer and help. When we repair a vehicle we use factory parts as well as insurance grade aftermarket parts. When repairs are made we use high quality materials that meet industry standards. We allow customers to have a pre purchase inspection of our vehicles by their mechanic if they request to do so. We take pride in the quality of our vehicles. Our vehicles are safe and affordable. We are a family owned car lot and all of our family members drive vehicles that we have repaired and sold. This includes my wife that drives our 2 small children in her vehicle. We have many repeat customers that have bought vehicles for their entire family from us.

We interacted with 3 of the salesmen and always felt they were being as upfront as possible. They were clear about the salvage title; they had a nicely compiled folder with before pictures and detail of the previous damage. After we had it inspected at a separate repair shop, they agreed to do an alignment which was recommended at no extra cost. There was NOTHING else wrong with the vehicle after a 2 hour check by our auto mechanic. Very personable and honest people to deal with.

We were looking for a 1st car for our teenager to drive and could not find anything used with lower mileage or did not need major repairs. TC explained to us on the phone before we ever made the trip to Lansing that they specialized in salvaged vehicles and what that means. The Kia Rio we ended up purchasing was clean and fairly priced. Our mechanics inspection report stated: "there is absolutely nothing we found wrong with this car or that we can even recommend for service at this time". This is the first time that we have purchased a vehicle and did not feel taken advantage of in at least one way. VERY please with the service we received and will be back to purchase again!
