Horrible customer service
The worst customer service that I have ever seen. You can not try to help 5 different people at the same time and give to your customer the attention that is suppose to happen. Waited four hours because the person was just flip flopping around and I guess they felt they had to get the dollar our of everyone.

Garbage dealer
This dealer sold my step daughter a car that first 2 was was taken back 3 times then next week motor was condemned by a mechanic , which has left a new mother with no transport now

Worst service ever
I took a car I was interested in buying to a mechanic, and they told me it was a can of worms. They showed me the computer diagnostics and pointed out an engine noise that wasn't very audible with the hood down. When I took it back and said I wasn't interested in buying it but maybe one that was currently out on loan, the manager got really offended started yelling at me from another room. He said he's been in this business for years and the mechanic was wrong and wanted me to explain everything the mechanic said. When I wasn't convinced, he told me not to come back. Like I'd want to after that. This was all after previous visits where nothing was available to drive because there were too many cars in the lot blocking things in. They also aren't good at answering the phone. The cars also all needed cleaned, some smelled absolutely disgusting.

Had a GREAT experience with Justin. Our house burned down a few weeks ago and our vehicle was in the garage. Needless to say, we literally lost everything! I found Cherokee auto online, but we only had a couple of days left in our rental car and my husband and I drove 1.5 hours after talking to him on the phone that morning. He is a very honest and helpful. He even held a few cars for us to look at before we got there. I know they can't hold vehicles, but he knew what we were interested in and I did ask him to pull a few keys and some had been sold, but not everything, which lets me know the cars existed. They sold my car to someone else
They knew I was going to purchase a car, and they sold it to someone else. They were trying to sell me a different car. They never gave me an option to put money down on it, they never offered me any option to purchase it because the car needed to have the mechanic fix something the next day. Yet they sold it to another person less than an hour later. They wouldn't even tell me that they sold the car until I finally talked to a different person there. What a terrible way to do business. The only answer I have gotten from anyone on it is "we wouldn't do that". Seriously? I won't stop posting this on every review place I can find. What they did was wrong!

Fantastic
After struggling for 12 years after a devastating event, I had to start over at 40. I have been driving a vehicle that was on its way out, and went today. Stressing over needing to get to work I hit the pavement. First place wouldn't even talk to me. Erin made things happen, along with Amy! I approved for a loan. .finally. and they gave me some time with remainder of down-payment. I had just shy of half with me. I just needed a break and belief and they were there for me. Tears of joy. Thank you thank you thank you.
