    Scheduled an appointment to test drive a Silverado, but told them I didn’t want to enter showroom due to COVID. Drove 45 minutes from the Cape as they... had the truck I wanted. Had to call them twice from the parking lot once I arrived. Finally after half hour wait a salesman, (without a mask) comes out and says unless I come into the showroom and sit down with them they don’t want my business. I guess these people don’t understand you can buy a car online today. They walked away from a 50k sale and wasted my time. Oh - there were some people in the parking lot agitated about the service department as well. Everything bad about a car dealer wrapped into a small minded package.

    I tried this place six years ago and had a horrible experience there. They confiscated my registration after multiple requests for it back and were overly... aggressive, to a point where I was rather uncomfortable. I had gone to see a certain vehicle in my price range that had already sold. So they showed me something similar but newer (way out of my league) and insisted they could “make it work”. When I declined to “accept their business offer” unless they were going to pay my rent for the life of the loan, they wouldn’t take no for an answer. After some time and aggravation, they finally gave up and handed over my registration which allowed me to leave. Today was much of the same. I decided to give it another shot (bad idea) and looked at the vehicle (which was there) when I arrived. This time the issue was the overpricing of said vehicle. There were no pictures online so I didn’t know what to expect. Nice dent on the fender and disgusting odor (soggy gym socks) inside. After the salesman down talked my trade value, I asked for my registration. Then he gets the sales manager instead of my registration. I explain to the sales manager that maybe I’ll come back if I’m still interested after I shop around some more. He pipes up and tells me he hopes it sells before then. Told him I hope it sells too, and if it does than it wasn’t meant for me because I was in no rush to buy. More...so I don’t have any temptation to go back, but now that I think of it...I’LL NEVER GO BACK. These guys need to learn proper customer service etiquette. I get everyone has a job to do, but the buying experience there is more like an incarceration. And from the other reviews I’ve seen, I can see that I am not alone in my opinions. Shop elsewhere, I did 6 years ago and had a great experience...and will again.

    Came in for oil and tire rotation service. Purposely inflated one tire by 5 #. To see if they were rotated. Upon completion of service I checked my... tire monitoring display. Tire was never moved from its position.

    Was given a quote from Mike Camara which was a good one and came into the store to finalize a deal. I realized that Mike just threw me out a dream number... to get me in the door. I tried calling Jay the GM multiple times and he never returned a call (if he even got the messages). There are many other Chevy dealers in the area, I would go elsewhere!

    Absolutely the worst experience for car repairs. Stay far away from. Will fix things that you never asked for, and charge far more than original quotes.... I have been here several times for regular maintenance and repairs and not only do they severely overcharge, with labor at $125 an hour plus their abundance of fees, but dealing with them is a nightmare. My most recent experience - I took my Camaro in for an air-condition repair, and after getting a quote from another mechanic at 900$, they quoted $1,200. I decided that was okay considering I thought it would be done by a dealership. They replaced a part that was not needed, and the AC was still broken. I told them I don't want that, and I didn't want to pay for it ($1,300) and told them to put back the original one. They said “Sorry, we don't do that”. The repair ended up being $2,000: $600 in parts, and $1,400 in labor / fees. No amount of arguing / negotiating helped, and they refused to give me my car back unless we paid the full amount. I wish the story ended there… When I picked up the car, the front bumper had a huge white scrape that was definitely not done by myself. They said “Sorry, that wasn't us” and refused to fix it or take any sort of responsibility. We were forced to call the police and open a claim against them. They will take advantage of every situation. Please go somewhere else if you like your car and/or your money.

    BEWARE!!!! If bringing your vehicle to this dealership. Purchased a new truck from them and after trading my old truck in I realized I accidently left... tools in the back of the truck that I picked up right before trading in. After realizing the next day I called the dealership and the tools were no where to be found. Talked to the general manager about the situation and received no help. Someone from the dealership stole $500 from me don't let it happen to you !!!
