Took several days to repair an ac problem. No clear explanation about why it was out in a 3 year old vehicle. I was provided with a loaner which was nice. Outside had been washed but inside wasn’t very clean on pickup.

Joe went above and beyond in helping me to understand the issues with my vehicle and guiding me to make the appropriate repairs needed. He was patient, professional, and communicated multiple times with myself and the mechanics during a time when they were extremely busy. Thank you again for the professionalism, integrity, and outstanding customer service. The General Manager Randy Stine is the rudest, most
The General Manager Randy Stine is the rudest, most unprofessional GM. I brought my X5 plug in hybrid to the service center for an ac repair that should have been covered under my extended warranty. Instead Randy refused to allow the mechanics to perform a proper investigation into the issues in my car and deemed the ac issue as my fault so it would not be covered under my warranty. He then quoted me $10,000 in repairs. My car was in their service center for a week without any work performed. My calls were unanswered. I had to take a day off work and go to the dealership in person to demand someone speak to me. This was the absolute worst customer service. The entire interaction has ruined BMW for me. I have only owned BMWs but after my meeting with Randy, I demanded they buy my car from me and I walked away without a car. I will not be buying a BMW ever again.

Upon inspection of your X5 Plug-In Hybrid, our certified technicians discovered that the air conditioning system had been previously overcharged with refrigerant. Unfortunately, overcharging an AC system can result in significant damage to sensitive components—including the compressor—and is not covered under most extended warranties, as it is considered an external or non-manufacturer-related issue. In situations like this, a proper and thorough investigation is necessary to protect both the customer and the vehicle. Our General Manager and service team followed protocol to ensure the issue was correctly diagnosed before proceeding with any warranty claims or repairs. While we understand this may have been frustrating, our intention was to be transparent and ensure all information was accurate before moving forward. We’re also sorry to hear that you felt communication was lacking during the process. Your time is valuable, and we understand how difficult it can be to be without a vehicle. We are committed to improving our communication and service processes, and your feedback will be shared internally to support that ongoing effort. Had a great purchasing experience with Yousef. Purchased my vehicle 1 year ago and when I went in for an oil change he remembered me and wanted to ensure I was still satisfied with my vehicle. Luis/ service advisor also did a great job keeping me updated with service and also took the time to explain additional features I had forgotten how to use. Overall great experience.
