I had a wonderful experience at BMW Clearlake thanks to my salesman, Dwayne Mickens. From the very beginning, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured. The entire process was smooth and easy, which made buying my car an enjoyable experience. Since my vehicle was pre-owned and had just arrived at the dealership, Dwayne made sure it received the proper service before I took it home. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was in great condition. What impressed me most was his follow-up after the sale, he checked in to make sure the car was running smoothly and that I was completely satisfied. Dwayne is friendly, professional, and truly cares about his customers. I highly recommend him and BMW Clearlake to anyone looking for a stress-free car buying experience.
