Great service!
Without a doubt, Wilsonville Toyota has improved their service department. From the second I got there they were courteous, professional and quick! Not to mention they gave me a ride back home and picked me up when my 4Runner was ready. I was able to use the coupons they had emailed me so that saved me some money which made the experience even better! In full disclosure, I was not sure if I would return this time because of an issue I had with my vehicle in the past and they could not find the problem for many months; however, I am glad I returned. They have new service people at the sign in desk and even one has a great sense of humor :) Plus, they are dog friendly. As a suggestion, the waiting room could be a little larger, but I met some nice people waiting there and even got to pet a Golden Retreiver waiting for her vehicle to be serviced! Thanks guys.

Service with a smile, no bull.
The service was straight forward with a total vehicle inspection and an oil change. It was scheduled to take one hour but it was finished in about forty minutes. Every single aspect was very well explained to me and the waiting area is always well stocked and comfortable. The only problem with the process is this. I am in the system for regular service and for some reason I am getting called and E-mail by three different people. I have explained this to the service department people but is has yet to be fixed. For some reason once the service is scheduled the system does not reflect that. Thus the service department is spending time repeating the same process when it is not necessary to do that. Also I am having to call the service department to get them to stop calling and leaving messages.

Service department went beyond expectations
Dropped my car of in the morning to have it serviced. Got busy at work and did not call to arrange a shuttle ride back to pick up my car. The service center called me to arrange shuttle pick up. That made my hectic day GREAT

Amazing experience
They have excellent customer service. Never once felt pressured. John Scott did an excellent job of answering all of our questions. He was amazing at getting everything handled for my wife and I with the purchase of our new 4runner. He took the time to order in the vehicle that we wanted, added every option/aftermarket upgrade we asked for without hesitation, never once tried to make up our minds for us, or change our minds. No doubt in my mind that I'd go back and see him again for my next vehicle purchase. Highly recommend Toyota/Scion of Wilsonville . Ask for JSP, you won't be disappointed.

Wonderful Experience all around
Working with Sean Day was efficient, easy and faster than we had anticipated. He had the vehicle we told him we were interested in up front and waiting for us to look at, he explained all of it's features in great detail making our purchasing decision quite easy to make. We will definitely use him again when looking for another new car.

No problems!
Took my 2006 Highlander in because I thought I had developed an oil leak. Turned out that it was the AC condensation tube draining as normal. Also had a high-pitched squeal from rear brakes when first used. Brakes checked and found to be fine. Problem was water and rust building up over night on rainy days/evenings. Picked up the car and was told everything was fine--no problems anywhere. And the best part? No Charge!! Jim Hill Sherwood

I purchased a certified Toyota Highlander.
I purchased a 2013 certified Toyota Highlander. Found car on line, test drove and purchased. Experience was awesome. This is the fourth car I have owned. This experience by far was the best. Through the entire process you work with one individual. There is no haggling over price. Just a pleasant experience. I will definitely go back to Wilsonville Toyota.
