Great car-buying experience, this was my first time buying a brand new car--Christopher & Julian made the process really easy for me and didn't try to push things on me that I didn't want. I told them exactly what I wanted and we got the job done quickly and without any stress. They even took the time out of their day to make sure as much of the paperwork was done before I got to the dealership as possible, which I really appreciated. My impression of the dealership was that it was very organized and clean. They had “social distancing” protocols in place but were still very welcoming.This was my first time going into Wilsonville Toyota. I didn’t plan on buying a car that evening but was just trying to gather information to help me with my options. I was greeted immediately upon entering the building, I was asked what I was looking for. I knew I wanted a hybrid commuter car...something inexpensive and really great on gas. Something reliable. I knew I wanted to pay cash and I wanted to trade in my old highlander. There was no hassle about test driving and in just a few minutes, Chris Wallace was showing me the cars I was asking to see. At the end of the encounter, I had chosen a new RAV4 hybrid with plenty of room and roof racks for kayaks 👍. They are serious about “No Bull”. All prices were disclosed upfront and I knew exactly what amount I was spending. My impression of Chris Wallace: I’m grateful for the customer service that he showed and the patience displayed as I had lost my drivers license, mistaken my old cars registration for the title and had to wait about 5 days for the cash to be available in my checking account. Chris displayed stellar customer service throughout it all, even delivered the car to my home. I would definitely recommend Chris Wallace and Wilsonville Toyota.

The most amazing experience I've ever had when it comes to a new car purchase! I traded my 4Runner out less than 9 months ago. Missed my Toyota so much. I worked with Jenn who was hands down amazing! Got myself into a Brand new Tacoma! I sure hope she sticks around because I honestly don't want to ever work with anyone else. Painless. Quick. Amazing customer service!
