Smoothest transaction.

Smoothest transaction. All the people were great and very helpful. Mat, Sam and Cesar were the best! Would recommend over any JCDR in the nation.

I made an appointment.

I made an appointment. Dropped my Jeep off. It sat for 8 days with no service, no diagnostic and several days without an update. I went and picked it up.

Had a problem with a check engine light that my regular

Had a problem with a check engine light that my regular mechanic couldn't fix. Unfortunately, either could they. Eventually the light went away so maybe they did actually fix it... even though they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it, I was able to get my smog testing passed. They did cut their rate down substantially, because they didn't "fix" anything, but they had it for almost two weeks, with poor communication, so I still didn't a fair amount on renting a car.
