I recently bought a 2008 Hummer H2 from HiLine Motors β and honestly, I couldnβt be happier. Finding one of these in great condition is hard enough, but the deal I got here was incredible. The truck was in fantastic shape, exactly as described, and you can tell they truly care about the quality of the vehicles they sell. The dealership itself is spotless and beautifully organized β it feels more like a high-end showroom or car museum than a typical dealership. Every car on the floor is something special, and their inventory includes some rare, eye-catching models like the Jaguar XK (my personal favorite). The entire team made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Marcus, Radu, Sean, Sami, Isaiah, Tommy, Alex, and Lee (the service manager) were all a pleasure to work with. Before I left, they even checked my Hummer and noticed it just needed new wipers β they took care of it right away without hesitation. From start to finish, the service, professionalism, and attention to detail were top-tier. I love what HiLine Motors stands for, and from now on, this is where Iβll be buying my cars. Five stars all the way!

I really didnβt have a bad interaction with Hi Line
I really didnβt have a bad interaction with Hi Line Motors. Our son wanted a vehicle for his Super Hero Theme. However, the negative reviews did us in and we just decided to wait. No negative interactions with anyone at this establishment. Just the negative comments.

If you're in the market for an exotic car, avoid this
If you're in the market for an exotic car, avoid this dealer at all costs. They won't negotiate, some of the cars they sell have hidden damage or are mechanically unsound. I test drove two Maserati GT's and had one inspected by a 3rd party mechanic. He found significant mechanical failure, when I tried to negotiate down, the dealer said they wouldn't honor the report and that they would only take off TTL.

We understand that independent assessments may differ, but we do our best to base our pricing and decisions on verified in-house evaluations and manufacturer guidelines. Because of this, we were not able to negotiate based on a report we could not confirm, though we did offer to assist with TTL adjustments. It is also worth noting that if a vehicle truly had significant mechanical problems, we hope customers would reconsider their interest in purchasing it rather than attempting to negotiate further. Thanks to so many honest highly negative reviews I didnβt even bother inquiring about a Mercedes I found on cars.com from this dealership. It shows it u take the extra step of reading the actual reviews rather then just looking at stats these website can and do work. I always read Even the 4+ star rated ones since many times they r faked with reviews paid for the dealers to customers or the employees. Read before u buy and ALWAYS get an independent Mechanic to inspect it 1st. Always another car
