Purchased online. Asked the questions that needed to be asked. Fixing this vehicle since minute 1. They don't prepare vehicles for sale other than washing. They wouldn't take vehicle back we're talking right off the truck - trunk trim, dead battery, empty fuel tank, fuel pump shot, brakes warning light on. They tried to blame the transport. There's so much more. Had to be towed and my God they are crooks. Don't purchase from these cheats, don't believe the photos. If you're not in Texas and can't inspect the car yourself, don't do it$. Photos were taken to conceal dash leather issue which would have been a deal breaker. Sales person (liar) said no issues. They are Foul.

Disappointing Experience! I walked into HiLine Motors extremely excited to test drive a car I’ve been interested in for a little while. Gabe, the sales representative was pleasant and made the overall experience fast and easy. Once we worked out details, I decided to use my car as a trade and paid for the rest in cash, again, fast, and easy transaction. The vehicle was ready to be picked up in a few days, the vehicle was delivered fairly clean, smoke smell and empty gas tank. Gabe gave me one set of keys and told me the second would be provided once I picked up my plates, no walkthrough on how things worked on my new car or anything. A couple of weeks later I received a call that my plates were ready, I went in, picked up my second set of keys and new plates were placed on my car. As I was pulling out of the parking lot, the brake light came on, I didn’t think anything of it but when I got home my husband noticed it. He called the dealership Monday morning and was told Gabe was no longer an employee there, so he spoke to someone else, he explained to him the situation and was provided with a name of a place to take it to for inspection. We did that and was told the car needed new brakes, front and back and it would cost $3,500 and that it had to be done as brakes were in the bad condition. We left the car there to get brakes done, called the dealership spoke to Steve and explained, we just bought the car 2 weeks ago and already need to replace brakes for $3,500. While car was being serviced the battery dies and needs to be replaced, another $400. Now I’m out just shy of $4,000 and had the car for only a few weeks. I’ve been going back and forth with Steve for weeks now as he keeps giving me the runaround that he’s “trying” to get me some sort of compensation, but I keep on having to follow up with him. At this point, this has been an overall horrible experience, and I would NOT recommend anyone to buy a car from HiLine Motors.

Priced so far above the market it is insulting. Avoid at all costs. Unsure why they’re still in business.

Never paid of my trade in vehicle. Held my trade for three months and then demanded I come pick it up. Botched up a contract and pushed it through to bank with two signatures that are clearly not mine. Never registered the vehicle in my name they claimed I bought from them. Then they sold the vehicle and shipped it out of state, while still keeping an OPEN loan out on the VERY same car in my name. Yes, I have all documents. Hiline treated me very poorly and after three months, refuses to return my 10k wire transfer that they clearly cashed. This has been the worst dealership experience I've ever gone through. I would not wish this on my enemy. I would hope others would not go through this. Very unprofessional, in my opinion and so many questionable things happened with my paperwork. Gabe and Steve did NOT do right and these matters will need further review. Have you eve had to juggle funding to make payments for 3 whole months that you "legally" traded in to a dealer who literally said, "we own your car now"? And then be stuck making payments on a new car from them that you never even owned, just to keep you credit together? That's Hiline for ya! Yes, some have legitimately had great experiences with Hiline, but if you dive into the negative reviews, they all have the same thing in common - reset codes, blank "we owe" documents, false promises, hanging up on clients, rude, condescending, and intimidation to just take it! read the other reviews and make your own informed decisions, moving forward.

Hiline Motors, located in Dallas, Texas, provided me with one of the best experiences I have ever had with a car dealership. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The car I purchased, a Mercedes SL 63 AMG, was in perfect condition and impeccably clean. Gabe and his team went above and beyond all my expectations. Despite having to fly in to make the purchase, I left the dealership feeling confident and secure in my decision, knowing I was in the hands of a completely competent and professional staff. I was told they do not come down on their prices. Then I was told if they CHOSE to negotiate on price that I had to do a credit app first! Otherwise, no negotiation would happen. WOW! Stay away!

Stay away, I repeat stay away. Bought my vehicle for 2 months and never received license plate, try calling STEVE who was my salesman and dude just told me to hold and hung up the phone. They talk to you like xxx and with no respect at all, treating you like kids and will try and take all your money, they also switch up my bank multiple times and not willing to call to update you, and until the bill comes in, it’s a complete different bank you agreed to with on paper. Stay away from them
