A GREAT customer experience with Hi Line Motors that I felt I had to come back to this site and leave a rating and a review. I received a fast response... with info on the car I was interested in, so I decided to go see it in person. I was extremely impressed with the quality of all the cars at Hi Line. I enjoyed looking at all the cars they offer and ended up with the perfect car for us. They helped with the warranty I wanted and financing with fast paperwork process. Thanks Hi Line... definitely a repeat customer here when its time for another vehicle. I will recommend you all to all my friends!!!
November of last year (2018) I bought a vehicle that have serious issues; front lower suspension arms on both sides installed wrong causing the right side... to come off during Mercedes Benz inspection, total repair cost $1800. I was in Marshall store and after several hours with the family went back to the S550 and engine won't start, engine spins but won't start. Called towing company and take car to dealer, next day advisor call me and technicians found crankshaft hall sensor must be replaced and transmission module. Another $2800 in parts and labor. While the car was in dealer they notice the front tires are new and the rear are below the permissible allowed red zone, well two new tires installed another $1200 and the disc break and pads system in the four wheels were replace with the worst aftermarket product that they can find. Today 1-17-2019 I notice that my registration and plates don't arrive to my house in Edinburg TX, went to tax accessor and the found that my car were registered since December 11, 2018, with the plates numbers LJC8069 and I don't have it yet. My suggestion to anyone in the beautiful United State of America be aware of this dealership. I hope that the owners of Shawwna Investment LLC with the dealer number P129414 read this review and fedex next day my registration and plates.
Ralph, I have tired to reach you and your wife numerous times regarding your down payment due to us still, and about your plates. You and your wife ...have refused to take my calls or return my text, and you answer the phone like you cant hear me, then hang up..You gave a false and fake credit card/ debit card info for your down payment. This vehicle had $3,000 worth of work done to this vehicle before you purchased. You were completely happy with your used car purchase when you left the next day. You were offered an extended warranty for this vehicle and you refused it. We offered the warranty the next day as well, you refused. You called once saying you lost your wallet in the Virgin Islands and you would pay your down payment when u returned. You never called to make the down payment . Sir we can handle this in a professional manner, By you picking up the phone and contacting us at the office.. Lets start by you paying us the $500 owed. I look forward to your call. If I could rate a 0 I would, car salesman was Michael..my husband was going to buy a vehicle from this car lot and have it shipped to us as we live in... another city. after sending the $400 for the hummer to be shipped, we tried sending the down payment, luckily the down payment did not go through so we were going to drive down to Carrolton, Tx to pick up the vehicle, while on the way, the sale fell through. Micheal told us good thing bc the hummer was having transmission problems and they were just going to auction the car out. We asked about getting 400 back since we paid for a service that we did not ever receive. We are getting treated as we are a bother asking for our own money. Michael has been nothing but rude. Now we get told, after michael read the "small print" that the shipping company is not with them so we arent getting it back. The best they are able to do is say we referred a customer on their next deal that requires getting shipped and we will get some of our money back. But no where in the papers my husband signed is that stated. Rude and unprofessional car lot I have ever deal with. So glad our sale did not go through, we are our $400 but that's nothing compared to what we would have been out dealing with this company.

An overall great car buying experience turned into the worst case scenario shortly thereafter. I bought a BMW 650i Gran Coupe and after only 9 days I received... a Drivetrain Malfunction Warning on the display panel. I only drove the vehicle three times and no more than 200 miles. I had purchased GWC Warranty up front and paid it in full. I took the car to BMW Dallas and a day later was told the car needed approx $8000 in repairs. The diagnostic test revealed a bad battery, misfired spark plug, leaking turbo coils and a leaking oil pan gasket. BMW Dallas contacted the warranty service at GWC. After a week of trying to get a straight answer the repair claim was denied because of what GWC Warranty termed (Pre-existing Conditions) meaning the issues were prior to mileage of purchase. Keep in mind their motto is "No Worries, Just DRIVE" and they advertise on brochure Mile one, Day one COVERAGE!! To Rodney's credit at Hi-Line he was willing to and worked to resolve the situation. GWC Warranty came back and NOW accepted the claim but would only cover some issues and not all. After just 2 1/2 weeks of purchasing the vehicle I was so dissatisfied with what occured I seeked other options and decided to cancel GWC Warranty. I was told by J. Stokes with GWC Warranty that I would be fully reimbursed except for a $50 cancelation fee. I initially canceled warranty servive with Rodney with Hi-Line and was waiting to be reimbursed. In the meantime I was contacted by Cary with Hi- Line to pick up where Rodney left off. In the end and 1 1/2 months later I received my reimbursement less $200 not the $50 that was stated to me. Be very leary of the warranty service provided by GWC Warranty. At Hi-Line Motors Carmen and Rodney were both GREAT. Cary or Carrie needs additional Customer Service training and lacks knowledge of detail!!!
I purchase a car they said all good things about it. Carmen said they checked the car and everything works on that car, I picked up the car at 6pm, I found... problems with car as soon as i got home. I contacted them, And Sami ( which is the Owner) wasn't there, after 2 days i try to contact them and all Carmen told me was, CAR SOLD AS IS. DO NOT BUY CAR FROM THIS LOCATION
