My first experience with Crown Nissan was very positive. Anthony Lackey, my advisor was extremely helpful in explaining the reason behind the truck’s system failure and encouraged me not to be fearful to drive it again.

I used Crown Nissan for my Rogue's maintenance yet again and Lesley Shepard, who assisted me, was great. She helped get me in and out as fast as possible and she answered all of my questions. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will request to have her assist me again.

Daniel Pepper has been awesome to us and has kept us updated with everything going on with our vehicle! Highly recommend him. Great customer service.

I've purchased 2 cars from Crown Nissan and their Service and customer service has always been great. I was a walk-in on the Friday after Thanksgiving and my advisor, Anthony Lackey, got me in, diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem and the car was ready to before lunch!! Service Department has been the thorn in the side of this Dealership! Stopped by for service because my check engine light came on. Was quickly advised it would cost me $169.00 just for them to see what it says. Ridicules, I have been servicing my cars here for years, even bought a new car here less than a year ago and thought everything was good with pricing until this huge price gouge! Drove it to Autozone down the street from this dealership, they do a courtesy free check to let me know it was the VSS sensor in my vehicle. Average part cost around 200.00 and average fee including part to install is between 5 and 6 hundred dollars which I will pay at someone other than Crown Nissan just due to the trust in Crown's fair pricing dropping to its lowest. Sometimes a little courtesy goes a long way, a simple check would have brought them a customer to have the repairs completed there. Very disappointed in this Service Department and this is an important department in a dealership which is highly researched before choosing to buy a new vehicle from that dealership. You may have lost a good customer over his one!
