We had been trying to get paperwork done for a vehicle. Everything was submitted just needed to be run thru. But because we weren't in the building it wasn't done. Even though we told the people there we had an family event to go to and could come back later that day. Supposedly right after we left someone bought it. Not even a common curiosity call. Finally 3 days later we get a call about truck. Will make sure to spread the word about how unprofessional this place is.

They made the process very smooth. Got to do most of it by phone and just had to go in to sign paperwork. An issue came up with the car shortly after but with the warrantee they got me in a rental and got my car fixed up in no time. They are a great company to work with and I’d purchase a vehicle from them again.

Great place to buy a vehicle,very friendly staff, not the usual pressure tactics that other dealers use. I would highly recommend, the entire process was extremely smooth and didn’t take near as long as other dealerships.

Purchased a 2018 BMW 330E for my husband; beautiful car. Melissa and Gabby were great to work with, so nice to work with people who like their jobs. My daughter and I were in and out within 2 hours. We picked up the car the following Tuesday, otherwise we would've had to wait 4 hours while they detailed the car. The detail includes sealing the paint and windshield to prevent damage. Wonderful. No other dealership has done that for us. The waiting room was nicely decorated, great snacks, and the bathroom was clean. I highly recommend this dealership. I don't know when we'll buy another vehicle, but we won't forget BUYTRUCKS! (AKA: American Auto Brokers).
