They are a joke.

Well, this was so crazy. All of the salesman are incredibly rude. First guy that was horrible starts with a D and ends with on, g ends with erman, ken doll, ESPECIALLY sta ends with nley! These people were playing tag and would lie about who they were. Too bad you name is listed.. LOL these people are a joke. How do these guys get their money?

Not a good vibe felt company untrust worthy

Went to view/and test drive a vehicle I found from Cars.com website. Had done my research on this vehicle. Knew from the Carfax how long the vehicle had been in their possesion and from Kelly Blue Book the fair market value. Knew the car was overpriced but still wanted to test drive. Did not feel welcomed. Sales person was not interested in dealing with us or selling a car. Very lazy salesperson more interested in socializing with other salesperson. Will not recommend or buy from this company. Gave me a bad feeling about how their company treats and does business.

Avoid this dealership

Very dishonest people. We agreed on the purchasing price, took the car to my mechanic, found some issues with the car, but still wiling to buy. Returned to the dealership, they prepared the sale documents and asked me to sign it. I noticed that the price of the car was listed $1000 more than our agreed price. I refused to sign it and walked out. They wasted three hours of my time that day Stay away from these people.

Avoid this place!

This is less like a car lot and more like a parking lot where sleazy car salesmen who live up (down?) to every cliche and preconceived notion you have about used car salesmen hang out and try to make a buck. Had been scouring the market for a particular car that had been hard to find within our time-frame and finally found one at this place. Bought a car on Friday from John. They put the shine on the tires and ran it through a car wash. That's about it. We paid with a check. Asked them to call and verify our funds with our bank. Thought it was odd that they didn't want any extra info or didn't do an instant verify. We asked John for the title and the extra set of keys that were missing. He said they didn't have the title on-hand but they would over night it with the keys on Monday. I live in Little Rock. FedEx ground is overnight. USPS is over night. After not receiving it for most of the next week and after repeated calls, John said they were waiting on the check to clear. That's not what he originally told us, but by now....the check HAD cleared. On Monday, John says it was sent out via FedEx that day. On the following Thursday, I called again. Finally talked to Fay who informed me it was scheduled to arrive on Friday - exactly two weeks after they took my check. Because they sent it FedEx Super Saver (the only possible way that would have prevented it from arriving next day), it's taken an extra week to travel from Memphis to Little Rock. I ship a lot back and forth to Memphis. I know the options and shipping times well. I told Fay that this made no sense and she said that's just not their policy. Make it YOUR policy to avoid this dump. Had John not lied to us upfront about the title and had told us it might take a couple weeks to get our title after they waited for our check to clear, then we could have avoided all of this and could have decided accordingly. It's my fault for going against instinct in pursuit of this particular car and buying from a cartoon of a used car lot. But, if you're on the fence about buying here, go elsewhere. There are at least 20 other car lots like this one and better within a mile of this place.

Great service

The guys at Automax were extremely friendly and made my buying experience a good one. It did not take very long either. Feel like I got a good honest deal. Would buy there again.
