She took the time to get to know me and my husband personally, all the while evaluating use, so she could put us in the most perfect vehicle. Janet is very knowledgeable of all makes and models and extremely accommodating to any and all questions not only during the purchasing process but after the purchasing process. Janet has been very professional at all times during all of our transactions. I have not one time regretted purchasing from Janet and will continue to purchase from Janet and will refer any and all friends and acquaintances to her. Not only is she knowledgeable and professional but also has a great sense of humor which allows the buyer to feel comfortable and at ease and not feeling any pressure to purchase, EVER. Full of lies. Nobody kept their word. Vehicle was supposed to come with new brakes amongst other things. Was taken around the world and back and the ringleader Joe is the largest snake of them all. Terrible to deal with as a company. Jeff Ward the sales person and Sam Ward the finance guy were a breeze to work with though. I solely gave Jeff the lower stars because of the lack of communication which ultimately would have avoided this entire issue

Was not in search of any particular vehicle. Stopped at CAC, close to home to give it a checkout. Saw a little car I liked. Did some comparison shopping and found it was a bit overpriced. They diid slightly reduce the price while tacking on mounting fees and not submitting correct information to my lender. It was an exhausting experiences. Salesman and management confused about sales tax. . I needed a knowledgable person to tell me about the car I was purchasing and have the numbers correct. Not a good eexperience.

I had the best experience buying a car here. Sam and Jeff were both so helpful and knowledgeable, they made everything so easy and comfortable. I felt like they were really looking out for my best interest and I will be recommending these guys and this dealership to all of my friends!
