I found my dream car online with Pizzano Dealership. I contacted them and worked with Jeff and Carmen to finalize my purchase all over the phone from California only seeing the car from their website listing. Everything they promised about the car met my many expectations and more. The best part in dealing with them was they kept the car until I could arrange for a hauler to bring it to me in California. They told me not to worrry about the car that it was being kept safe inside during a recent snow storm. When the car arrived, it was in perfect condition. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks!!

This was the best place I have ever been to buy a car. Jeff was awesome. He took his time with me explaining me everything...the things I needed to know and not too much. When I seen the car I knew it belonged to me, she was mine. So they put it aside for me until I could make it down there to do the paper work. These people are like family! You can tell they put thier family love into the business and care for their customers. My husband and I picked up our car on Friday Feb 1st, 2013. We were both very happy with the whole process of buying our used car at Pizzano's. The men we dealt with were very polite and easy to talk to. They were helpful, but not intimidating. They sold us a beautiful used car and we traded in our used car. They treated us with respect, they listened to our concerns and gave us plenty of time to discuss our buying needs. There was a small concern with the car and Jeff addressed the concern and solved the issue completely by thoroughly servicing the car/ordering a n part, etc. We are so pleased that we chose Pizzano's and I know we will have success with our new car. They do treat you like family there . The paperwork ran so smoothly . They made it easy to purchase a car from them because of their professionalism and their experience in dealing with people . My husband and I just bought a Chevy Traverse and could not be happier.This is actually my second vehicle from Pizzano. It is a great family owned business and you actually feel like part of the family when you are finished. We have purchased a new vehicle and another used vehicle from other car dealerships and I will NEVER go back . I will never buy another new car again as long as this dealership is here. The customer service is like no other. You can't beat the prices of the cars and the selection is beautiful. Above all the most important thing for me here is the trust. You know you are getting a good car and they go above and beyond to meet any needs. I have read the other reviews and it seems almost impossible to have five star ratings across the board but trust me they are that great and if you go there once you will never go anywhere else.
